- There are two units on this property; this one is on the left side.
- Guests may park in spot #1 (one covered and one tandem). Street parking is also available for free.
- The backyard is not available.
- Central HVAC is provided. Please keep summer temps above 69° and winter below 73°.
- Laundry use available only for stays of 30+ days.
- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM. Noise possible from the other unit.
- In winter, keep doors closed to prevent critters entering.
- Hot water tank requires spacing out showers for consistent hot water.

Great place to stay!

Very nice house with everything we needed. Check in and out was so easy. Really appreciate the hospitality.

Simple and good location

The pictures definitely look better than the reality. The property is an older property, with moldy and damp scent. Shower in the master bedroom leaks water each time in use. The other bathroom is dated and has water damage. The floors are sticky throughout the property, so bring your slippers! The property manager is responsive and easy to deal with.

Cockroaches

Cockroaches come out at night little roaches and large cockroaches. You can hear them wrestling around at night. This is not sanitary. I wish I didn’t book this place. The pictures look great and they do match what is inside but the key is in the details. There’s a lot of damage inside the unit stains the door doesn’t look secure. If you pay attention to the details, you can see that it is not cleaned thoroughly. Also, you can see that remodels That I’ve been made have not been done well. Also, they need to get a smart lock because it’s hard to put in a combination at night to get the key. A smart lock would take care of all of that but the worst thing is, the cockroaches that come out at night. After I mentioned this to the owner, all they did was bring me of can of roach spray. Like to request some type of refund or compensation for my for night stay
