You will be staying just minutes from downtown, OKC fairgrounds, museums, OKC Zoo, stadiums, a multitude of enriching festivals and so much more.

This historic home is newly remodeled with all the private comforts of your home away from home and is the perfect fit for large groups of all ages and needs. The first floor encompasses the cozy living area including lots of seating and a big screen TV for your entertainment needs. Additionally you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably and just off the dining a private full bathroom is found. Upon ascending the wide staircase, you will find all four bedrooms. Three bedrooms encompass four queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is comforted with a king bed and vanity with large mirror for getting ready. The second full bathroom is between bedrooms, which is where you will also find a stackable washer and dryer.

This total home includes a private entrance with small porch where you can experience this coveted historic neighborhood from the view of the stylish covered front porch. Private on-site parking is accessible next to the house on Kentucky Ave (driveway parking is unavailable).

Please note four bedrooms are located on the second floor.

A carriage house is located in the back of this house and has a long-term tenant in it. They have 1 inside dog1 that stay leashed in the back yard when allowed outside.

PETS
If you are bringing your pet you must disclose their attendance when booking your stay. The pet fee is $100.00 and covers one pet (emotional support animals still incur a fee). Additional pets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an additional $100.00 fee is charged for each pet in your party. If we learn a pet is at the property without disclosure a fee will be charged at $200 per pet.

PARTIES
We are excited to offer this home to large gatherings, and will allow parties ranging from kids birthdays to bachelorette/bachelor parties. We ask you notify us if there will be a party planned so we can arrange for appropriate linens and supplies.
