Experience in N’s Portside Tomari
What’s good: Worth for money. The bathroom is very nice and high tech. Check out process is quite smooth. What’s not so good: Suggest to add a bolster instead of just pillow for each guest. Suggest to give at least 1 complimentary bottle of mineral water. Also during the check in, we have to wait 15mins outside and it was raining back then because the receptionist were not there. Check in was very late, which is at 3pm. Do not really understand why cleaning took so long as the check out timing foe guest is 10am.

I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathtub was great. The only two drawbacks were: 1) Although there is a kitchen, there were no pots or pans or utensils or seasonings with which to actually cook in it, so it was functionally pretty useless. It would be nice if the hotel provided pots and pans and some plates at least. 2) Checkout is 10 AM, which is much too early for a night owl like me. It should be noon, I think, that seems reasonable and pretty standard.

Its small but its clean and neat. For me the location is good. Just less than 10mins walk to the nearest monorail. Overall is good enough for me.

Close to Ferry Terminal, good price, clean&new.
Nice little "efficiency apartment" in 1-room, included cooktop and kitchenprep/cleanup space, tiny clothes washer+dryer. Everything was updated, new, clean. Great price, close to ferry terminal, I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed 5 days. When I asked for cleaning, they charged $10. They were hiring company to do it but I asked I just wanted bed sheets, they still wanted to charge $10 which doesn't really make sense. Other than that the stay was great. Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and kind.

清掃不良
値段である程度の事は我慢。 室内スーツケース広げるスペースないレベル。 部屋の入り口に何とか広げる。 洗濯機と浴室乾燥機は有難い。が洗濯機の中ゴミ溜まったまま。 室内もベッドの下は埃だらけ、浴室に髪の毛落ちてる。 電子レンジベランダあり。 この値段で清掃がしっかりしてたら良いのだけどねー。

値段の割には綺麗でよかったです。 冷凍庫が付いてたので、コンビニで買ったアイスをお風呂上がりに食べれます。 洗濯機が付いてるのは、普通のビジネスホテルよりメリットだと思う。 しかし、アメニティ歯ブラシが付いてなかった(設置し忘れてた？)のは残念。

住宿前台服務有偏差，答應在退房當天在房間儲存行李但搬走去另一間而前台又沒有人當值溝通，幸而出現問題但有誠意補救解決，還是值得支持的。

除了房間小了點，其他都不錯，非常乾淨的房間！交通也方便離美榮橋站步行約10～15分，若是要去OTS泊營業所租車步行3分鐘可到！
