The approximately 60 m² holiday apartment "Auszeit-Matzi" is located in Öhningen on the idyllic Höri peninsula and offers space for two guests. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a bright living room with dining area and kitchen, as well as a spacious bathroom. Amenities include a modern, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and radio. In your own garden area with a cozy seating area and barbecue, you can spend relaxing hours – a perfect retreat in a quiet location with views towards Switzerland. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and combines fresh comfort with homely coziness.



A parking space directly at the house and a shared bicycle storage room are available. Public transport can be easily reached on foot. Please note: Events are not permitted, smoking is prohibited inside the building, but allowed on the property.



The location is ideal: You are only 250 meters from the village center, and after a short one-kilometer walk you reach Lake Constance. The surroundings invite you to go cycling, hiking, or enjoy water sports on the Rhine – whether with SUP, inflatable boat, or kayak. Mountain bikers will find varied routes and even a bike park nearby. Excursion destinations such as the historic town of Stein am Rhein (3 km), the impressive Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, Mainau Island, or the vibrant city of Constance are quickly accessible. Bakers, butchers, farm shops in the area, and a supermarket in town provide for your culinary needs.
