「Tried to check in early and used help on chat line. Was rerouted several times and never got a straight answer from the remote help desks. We came in 3hrs before check in time. Nothing was resolved on our request for early checkin. I was given a number by help desk to call directly. Same result. Never got to actual reception for an answer.
2 hrs later, after a meal at a restaurant close to the train station we decided to just get to Belvilla. We arrived 30 minutes before check in time… no...

部屋もかなり清潔で、ホスピタリティ含め全てがいままでドイツで泊まった中で1番かもしれないと思いました。

「Wir konnten in der 1. Nacht direkt auf dem Parkplatz des Hotels parken, 7,- €/Nacht. In der 2. war leider ein Bus auf dem Parkplatz und viele andere Autos. Unser Auto ist leider sehr lang und daher haben wir uns nicht getraut auf den Parkplatz zu fahren, da wir mit dem langen Auto schlecht wenden können und rückwärtsfahren dadurch auch wenig Spaß macht. An der Rezeption waren durchweg sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Draußen war es furchtbar heiß, aber im Zimmer war es...

「Location, location, location. A wonderful location in the town and it made all the difference for us. Couldn't ask for better.
Easy 8 minute walk to the train station. 2 minute walk to the bakery. 2 minute walk to the town hall and main square.
Two lady friends, travelling together. A wonderful and worthy trip.
Our major miscommunication was the 'two flights of stairs' (total of 25 stairs) from the inside main door to the unit, plus the 10 outside. With luggage, quite the undertaking....
