"We totally loved this little hotel! The room was clean and updated. The coffee drinks were amazing! Will definitely book here again next year!"

"A few concerns that I had during my stay: - When we arrived the snack package that we ordered was not in our room. When brought, it was missing many of the items that were supposed to come in it. - The first night, our bartender was not very friendly and spent a lot of time talking to one guest. They seemed bothered when they had to stop talking to that guest to help someone else. - The first morning, an alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning and again at 6:30. We did not set the alarm and that woke us up. There was also an alarm going off in the room next to us for a long time until we called the front desk. I set the alarm to not go off the next morning, and it still went off at early times that we did not set."

"Room was ok but missing the frig that was shown in the photos. Well lit at night but still didnt feel safe outdoors with kids loitering and partying in the parking area. They're making a lot of improvements to the property!!! Super comfortable bed!! Nice shower, very small bathroom. "

"Planned a 3 night stay. Woke up in the middle of the second night with bed bug bites all over me, and I saw an actual bed bug moving in the bed. Staff was kind and offered a different room. We searched 2 other rooms and found bed bug evidence in both. Finally, we found a room that appeared to be bed bug-free, but we were told we couldn't use the bathroom or sink in that room. We were given access to our orginal bed bug room to use the bathroom. We had to walk across the second floor to a different room to use the bathroom! Couldn't get shower to turn on, then when it did (staff helped) it was very difficult to get the right temperature. It fluctuated between ice cold and scalding hot. Then the last night there, I was bitten up AGAIN in the new room. Many rooms were not "operational" and were not used. More bed bugs? I don't know. Going to try and get a refund. Very upsetting. Do not stay there! I will say the staff was very kind, but i can't stay there! Left in the middle of the night on our last booked night. Now I'm in pain and itching and I'm afraid i may be bringing bed bugs home."
