  • Just a short walk from the lake, the holiday home is located in Oetz. The two-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and accommodates four people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for your home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine and a dryer. You also have access to a private sauna. A baby cot and a high chair are available as well.



    The property features a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Parking is available on the property, and you also have two parking spaces in a garage. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.

Wunderschönes Haus mit einer wahnsinnig tollen Gastgeberin!

Pros: Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach außergewöhnlich. Schon beim Betreten merkt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail das Haus eingerichtet wurde – luxuriös, stilvoll und gleichzeitig unglaublich gemütlich. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum: ruhig, wunderschön und perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Jeden Tag konnten wir die herrliche Umgebung genießen und uns vollkommen entspannen. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch unsere Gastgeberin. Mit ihrer herzlichen, charmanten und aufmerksamen Art hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Diese Gastfreundschaft ist etwas ganz Besonderes und macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit – besser hätten wir unseren Urlaub nicht verbringen können!

Sehr schönes Detailverliebtes Haus.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastegeber. Super eingerichtet mit viel Handwerkskunst gestaltet. Absolut empfehlenswert. Lage ist Top. Egal ob Brenner, Reschenpass oder Timmelsjoch. Alles sehr Nahe gelegen um Ausflüge zu machen egal ob nach Italien, oder auch zurück nach Deutschland zu machen (Garmisch/ Zugspitze oder Karwendelgebirge) Top Garage immer im Schatten unterm Haus.

Pros: Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus direkt am Piburger See – liebevoll eingerichtet mit handgefertigten Holzmöbeln und hochwertiger Ausstattung. Hier stimmt jedes Detail! Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, aufmerksam und ermöglichen alles – vom Brötchenservice bis zur kompletten Baby-Ausstattung. Besonders für Familien ideal: sehr kinderfreundlich und mit viel Platz. Die ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Zum Ort Oetz benötigt man ein Auto, aber wer Ruhe, Natur und eine stilvolle Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unfassbar nette Vermieter - TOP Haus, Beste Lage am See

Pros: Das Haus ist TOP ausgestattet - alles Top modern, neuwertig und vor allem hochwertig. Dazu kommen neben den unfassbar netten Vermietern auch die tolle Lage direkt am See. Vor allem im Sommer sicher schon echt toll nur die paar Meter runter zum Wasser zu laufen - oder aber einfach auf der großen Terrasse zu grillen :) Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe - alles was man braucht. In dem Haus kann man es auch wirklich längere Zeit aushalten - wirklich toll gemacht! Cons: Es gibt nichts zu meckern :)
