So, be sure to carry soap, shampoo etc. Also, this property takes ONLY cash and this was not mentioned. Unnecessarily wasted $50 on the wire transfer. "The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"You can not get a better location to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of the area. The view is breathtaking, the bike trail to Garmisch so close, the bus stop down the street, and the mountain trail almost at your back door. Perfect!! The Marion Haus family is a delight to work with as well and the garden, little pools of water and Fairy lights around the house very atmospheric. An overall gracious experience!"

"Hallo Zusammen, die Unterkunft war wirklich prima, modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden bishin zur Sauna und einem beheizten Skischuhständer. Sehr sauber und die Vermieter waren super nett. Die Nähe zur Skipiste ist super nah und Lermos ist wirklich zu empfehlen, keine langen Wartezeiten am Lift. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.
