On arrival we saw notes at the front desk about the elevator not working but we were told it was still usable, the elevator goes up but does not go down. The front desk person told us to go on ahead and she would unlock our door when we got to the room. When we arrived to the room she came and unlocked the door and said the keys weren’t working and she couldn’t give us any access keys to the room. The carpets were really dirty and sticky feeling, there were parts of the room that wasn’t even cleaned well. It was loud and we heard doors slamming and people were just generally loud till the early am hours. Then in the am we had to take the 3 flights of stairs down. Wish Expedia had notified us of this during our booking because the elevator situation is not new.

The side door is broke. The elevator coming down has no button, so stairs it is, the dryer broke last week says the help. The stairs smell like skittles. Smh.......

It’s an older property that’s showing it’s age. Clean, convenient. Noisy between rooms. Charged $1.00 per bottle of water, which I thought was a dumb policy: small extra profit for the negative reaction it creates.

I booked the room on Expedia and it was non refundable. When we checked in we were told that our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator call button would work sometimes. After we checked and on our way to our room we found that the 3rd floor elevator call button was completely pulled out of the wall and missing. We had to take the stairs to go down to the first floor. We had a two nights stay. When we went down for breakfast we found that the only thing they had was cereal and coffe. This was a very disappointing experience and will never book here again.
