Loved this hotel! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful garden on the property where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee. I’d stay here again!

The hotel was impressive, clean and super deco designed. We were welcomed in our room by prosecco chilled, and the turn down service and daily gifts were a pleasure. But the hotel was already expensive, and we did not expect a 56.00 Euro service charge to be added to our bill. We did query it, and the hotel officer offered to remove it, but also made it feel that the cleaning and servicing staff (who were doing a fantastic job) would somehow go short if we didn't sign and pay, Perhaps this is what happens in all hotels in Venice and I was naieve. I would have appreciated knowing in advance however. The coffee was fantastic and the bar staff excellent.
