Layout:
When you enter the home from the street, you step into the massive great room. The 20 foot wide door is the best spot to watch dolphins jump. Everything about this home is fresh and new! The brand new kitchen is also on this level. It features quartz counters and a quartz waterfall dining table with magnificent ocean views. The living room is also part of the designer decorated great room with a dreamy sectional sofa with plenty of seating for everyone. Also on this level is a bedroom with an ensuite bath. From the great room, you can go upstairs to the third floor where there are two more beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. All three of these bedrooms have air conditioning for your sleeping comfort. Then, from the great room, you can descend to the first floor or the sand level where there are five more bedrooms, a second kitchen, and two more beautiful bathrooms with black and white tile showers.

People love the location of this home because you can walk to all the nearby food and fun. New restaurants, shops, and Oceanside's famous gastro pubs, such as Bagby's, Exhale, Dija Mara, LTH, Blade are all easy walk or bike rides. Bring your beach cruisers because we have miles of coastal trails and it's always fun to ride to the shops and restaurants nearby. We are only 10 minutes from Legoland and an easy drive to Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo and Disneyland

With one of the most desirable climates in the nation, Oceanside features 3.5 miles of pristine Pacific coastal beaches and draws surfers, tourists, sightseers, and families from around the globe to its sunny beaches, historic landmarks, and year-round surfing competitions.

The Oceanside Harbor and Marina offer a variety of water-sports like jet-skiing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, boat rentals, and whale watching excursions, and the California Surf Museum. You also might enjoy the historic Mission at San Luis Rey and the weekly farmer's market. Not too far away is Legoland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and all the shopping.

Just a reminder to bring your passwords for all your streaming options like Netflix, Amazon and Apple. The home and tvs are high speed streaming, no cable. We have upgraded the internet to Gigablast so all your internet and wifi options are optimized. If you go to Utube , you will be able to access local news channels in addition to your streaming options.

Each registered guest is provided one bath towel, one wash cloth and one beach towel.

There are 6 bedrooms with portable a/c for sleeping comfort.

We always have sand in the back yard for the kids to make sandcastles and dig.
All homes in Oceanside sit behind a rock seawall. Seawall is not to be climbed on or crossed. Public beach access is not from the back yard but from the stone steps at the Marron Street access a few houses away. We also suggest the city shuttle to take you to any sandy beach in the city. No parking worries and loads of fun. When you are done, they bring you home too. They also take you to coastal restaurants.

Oceanside offers an inexpensive and fun electric shuttle for all of our guests! Just download their” Ride Circuit” app and select Oceanside and you will be picked up at your rental and taken to any beach , restaurant or shop in our coastal zone. It makes all the beaches easy to get to without any cars or parking!! When you are ready to return, they can pick you up! $ 6 per carload

This home may be used for beach birthdays, micro beach baby showers, beach bridal showers, beach rehearsal dinners, micro beach weddings or similar events of 26 people or less for an additional fee of $2600 to $3600 and a pre agreed set of rules.
