-This listing is for Unit A, which occupies the upper 3 floors of a 5-story luxury duplex style villa. Unit B occupies the lower 2 floors of same building.
- The only shared areas with Unit B are the driveway and our private beach.

As you enter the villa from the street level, you’ll step into the first living room—a welcoming space featuring a beautifully designed chef's kitchen. This fully-equipped kitchen is a gourmet's dream, complete with high-end stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is a private outdoor balcony, furnished with a conversation set including a love-seat, chairs, and a coffee table—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the ocean breeze.

Up one flight of stairs, you’ll arrive at the second living room—a spacious area ideal for relaxation or entertainment. This level also houses three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. Two of these bedrooms face the ocean and open up to the first of two expansive rooftop decks. Imagine stepping out from your bedroom through sliding glass doors onto this deck, where you can take in the breathtaking view and feel the fresh sea air.

Continue up another flight of stairs to the loft space, a versatile area with a queen bed, its own bathroom with a shower, and a dedicated workspace. Ideal for guests needing a quiet place to work or those who enjoy an elevated, serene sleeping area. The loft opens up to the second, smaller rooftop deck through a row of sliding doors that span the width of the home. This upper deck is perfect for sunbathing and relaxation, featuring an outdoor couch, a lounge chair, and four comfortable chaise lounges—ideal for catching rays and enjoying the stunning views.

Our villa boasts **two incredible rooftop decks**, each offering a unique vibe and purpose:

**Upper Rooftop Deck** (Smaller, private): This serene space is perfect for sunbathing and unwinding. It includes:

- Ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun with unobstructed views of the ocean

**Lower Rooftop Deck** (Larger, main entertaining area): This is the real highlight of the property and an ideal spot for entertaining. It features:
- Dining table with six dining chairs
- New BBQ grill for cooking up a feast
- Cozy outdoor fireplace to enjoy the evenings
- Outdoor couch and three lounge chairs for group gatherings
- Two additional Adirondack-style lounge chairs with ottomans for extra comfort
- This deck offers the perfect setting for evening dinners, social gatherings, and sunset views

This listing is for **Unit A**, which spans the top three floors of our luxurious 5-story duplex.

- **Master Bedroom:** King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, direct access to Lower Roof Deck.
- **Second Bedroom:** Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, direct access to Lower Roof Deck.
- **Third Bedroom:** Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.
- **Loft Area (Upper Level):** Features a queen bed, bathroom with shower, and a desk/workspace, direct access to Upper Roof Deck.

The middle level is home to the three main bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing a private retreat for every guest. The loft area on the upper level offers additional sleeping space and a fantastic vantage point for enjoying the stunning surroundings.

**Beach Access & Amenities:**
When you’re ready to hit our private beach, exit your front door, down two flights of stairs to the Unit A entrance for the property’s exclusive beach area, shared only with guests renting the lower Unit B. It’s a serene and easily accessible spot where you can relax, sunbathe, use the fire pit, play corn-hole (as well as other beach toys and umbrellas in the beach. Deck boxes), and more!

Access to the public beach area and Pacific Ocean is just a few properties in either direction, one of which has a ramp and Lifeguard Tower 9 at the end of Oceanside Blvd. Please be advised we do not recommend climbing over the big boulder seawall or “revetment,” which protects all the properties on the block, to access the public beach or ocean.

**Optional Larger Booking:**
Traveling with a bigger group? You have the option to rent both **Unit A** and **Unit B** together, providing exclusive access to the entire property.
