Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, this luxurious 10-bedroom, 7-bathroom home accommodates up to 22 guests, making it perfect for large families or group getaways.
The property boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, featuring spacious bedrooms with plush king and queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom is uniquely themed, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The home includes multiple full bathrooms, providing convenience and comfort for all guests.
Step into the expansive living room, where panoramic doors open to a private deck, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Wireless internet and a TV ensure you stay connected and entertained.
Outside, the property features a private spa, fire pit, and BBQ grill, creating the perfect setting for evening gatherings. The oceanfront location offers direct beach access, allowing you to enjoy the serene beauty of the Pacific Ocean.
PARKING: 2 One-Car Garages
Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.
For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

ALL RATES LISTED ARE MERELY RANGES. NIGHTLY RATES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON LENGTH AND TIME OF STAY, TIME OF BOOKING, OCCUPANCY, AND ANY APPLIED DISCOUNTS. RATES MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals will not accept additional payments via Airbnb. These fees include, but not limited to, fees incurred from Early Check-Ins, Late Checkouts, Dog Cleaning, and Lost and Found returns. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the premises; any violations will result in a $500 penalty. All guests will be required to submit the registration form emailed immediately after the booking. This registration form allows the guests to acknowledge the rule related to the property. Guests must submit their email address for access to their guest portal.
