Spacious property

Nice place

We have a good stay and enjoyed ourselves. Overall it was a nice place and we were comfortable. Our only issue was that there were several small maintenance issues that need to be repaired.

Perfect Location

The house is perfectly situated with 7 bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom and the view was spectacular. We spent Christmas week here with our extended family of 12 adults and 2 babies and a dog. Our only complaints were that the hand mixer that I confirmed was there did not work (actually there were two and neither worked) and the internet was as slow as dial up used to be and while we all wanted to take a break from social media, one of us had a meeting during the week that could not be done. It would have been helpful to have known ahead of time. The sheets in two rooms were clean but stained and the lower rack of both dishwashers had less than half of their wheels so they could not roll out. Beach Front Only was responsive to texts but given that it was Christmas not much could be done so it was a bit frustrating and the issue with the dishwasher should have been identified when they cleaned from the last set of guests. But we all had a good time.

Nice house, good location, multiple issues during stay

We spent the weekend with friends and their families, 6 adults and 6 children. The location is great and the size was perfect for us and our guests. I also want to say that every person, including Ricky, who greeted us and all of the repairmen were great. However we had multiple issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we noted on the second floor that the inner pane of one of the windows facing the ocean was damaged. Thus we decided to make the first floor our main area. We discovered soon that the furnace on the first floor did not work. Although the immediate service was fast, it was not fixed by the time of our departure. After someone came to check the furnace, there was a gas smell in the house, that we were told was related to a knob in the oven on the 2nd floor and it had been fixed. However it continued to smell after, so we turned off the gas to the stove. To allow us to stay on the first floor, we were brought space heaters, which worked well until the fuse was blown. This required an electrician to fix. Basically, we abandoned the first floor for the entire stay and we were consistently communicating with management and repairmen. The home and location had great potential, however the issues we ran into during our stay resulted in a less enjoyable vacation than we had hoped. Additionally, we have tried to communicate with the management company since our stay and they have been less than responsive.

Overall it was a great place to stay!!

We we’re here on a sibling adult trip. The location and view were great. So nice to have the water that close. The pier was about a 10 minute walk and you can enjoy sandy beach area with no rocks. The only things that would upgrade the place is to be able to open the windows in all the bedrooms. Some were sealed shut which caused for a warm room when the weather was beautiful outside. The bunk bed room mattress is terrible. No one wanted to sleep on it because it was that bad. Maybe fine for a kid room but not adults. The washing machine was leaking water in garage every time we did a load of wash. I understand that’s just wear and tear on a place getting so much use. They were very responsive to us at all times. Other then that, we had a great vacation!!

Beautiful View

I was amazed at the size of the property and how well it worked for our family. There was a little confusion on checking in, there was another family that didn't realize the B property was below. Once the confusion was settled we were able to relax and enjoy. We loved that the location had no street traffic on the ocean side with a short walk to the sandy beach.

Fourth of July in San Diego

We had a really nice family get away for the 4th in San Diego. The location is great, we were able to walk to the beach easily and the house held three different families beautifully. The text notifications were great, texting the property manager was so easy and while we were worried about parking, it turned out to be super easy too. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and really enjoy our stay in this condo and on the beach. One minor issue we had was with the AC. Two bedrooms over the garage on the second floor just never seemed to cool down. I don’t know if it was our operator error but we made it work. We really only used our rooms for sleeping because we were on the go so much so it wasn’t a huge issue. The main areas stayed cool and that’s what really mattered. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Property Has Potential But Fell Short Due To Poor Management

Location is great and the unit is spacious. Therefore the property has great potential but fell short due to weak property management. I expect better from units in this price range. This unit occupies three floors. First issue was that the third floor was dirty upon check-in. It was obviously not vacuumed as there were confetti all over the carpet. I messaged property management via text message but they failed to even acknowledge or to send cleaning crew. Second was the jacuzzi not working. They sent a repair person out to the unit but he was unable to repair. Apparently the electrical outlet didn't even have power. Property management's idea of a fair compensation for an unusable jacuzzi was less than 3% in refunds. I have been trying via text, email and phone call to get a more reasonable resolution but they have all been ignored. Amenities were on the weak side as well. They had spices for cooking but no salt, pepper, aluminum foil, saran wrap, etc. There aren't any beach chairs, body boards, coolers, or other items to help you enjoy the beach that's only steps away. If you don't mind paying a premium for just the location and space then maybe this unit will work for you. For me I found the experience subpar. This is unfortunate as the issues should have been easily rectified. Then it would have been a 4 or 5 star review instead of 2.

Perfect 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

We had an amazing experience to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration together as a family. Plenty of space for all of our family members to enjoy this property. Beautiful views and we miss the constant waves of the ocean running 24x7. Communication with the property management was an ease, as it just took a text message to receive a response to a request or inquiry. Parking is pretty tough though, as it is a busy street and the tandem parking can be tricky without a garage opener or a 2nd person to watch out for traffic. Would definitely go back again!

Perfect Bachelorette Home

To go to sleep with the sound of ocean waves and wake up to a sunrise was amazing. There were some issues with the refrigerator and toilet but the owners were quick to respond. I got so many compliments about the house on my Instagram and I would definitely recommend 😌

Great location - great stay!

Overall we loved this property and had such a blast! It's so close to walk to the beach and other restaurants and is a beautiful property. The only complain is that they stated they had certain things in the kitchen that were not there (crock pot, can opener, etc) and that made it difficult when we planned to make meals with those items and found they weren't there. But other than that, it's a great property that I'd recommend!

Fun Stay!

My family really enjoyed a break from reality for a weekend to have everyone come together and enjoy their weekend! The place was great, with a few things that needed maintenance but it’s just the wear and tear of a house and it just happened to happen when we were there. But the location manager was attentive and willing to do fixes day of! Would recommended and I anticipate we will stay here in the future to get away from reality for a while.

Mini Vacation

We spent a 4 day stay. We were very pleased with the the comfort of the beds and accommodations. Linens were provided and clean. I would recommend a few more cooking utensils, measuring spoons, cups, cooking spatulas.

Oceanside Beach house

This house was awesome for our family. Beautiful view. Parking was difficult because we had so many cars for our group and had to park at the management office. Also the floor at the property was not clean. You actually had to wear shoes otherwise your feet turned black. $$$&

Oceanside Beach House

This was a great property for a large group. It was in an ideal location with easy access to the beach. Our only complaint was that the large window on the main floor that opened up to the beachfront had about a 1ft. opening on each side that was completely open and unprotected. We had a couple of small children that we had to watch carefully that they didn't slide into this opening, because they could potentially fall down 1 story to the ground. Loved the washers and dryers. A big deal when you have a large group at the beach.
