The finest finishes and furnishings create an atmosphere of luxury & relaxation in this contemporary condo. Step into wood-look porcelain floors & a high-end chef's kitchen including quartz & suede leather granite counters, KitchenAid appliances, custom cabinetry, & recessed lighting. The modern living room features a gorgeous stone fireplace & a queen sofa bed.

This amazing condo is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You will find reserved garage parking, easy check-in with the complex's front desk, and 24-hour security. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, 2 year-round heated pools and spas, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms, with ping pong, billiards. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds.

This condo was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, beautiful decor, and the beds were super comfy. Location was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty dishes and cooking items. We didn’t cook there but it was nice to see how well equipped, clean and neat everything was at the place. Not only was the kitchen well equipped there were plenty of fresh towels and fun beach items for use. We will definitely stay here again. A thank you for offering such a beautiful peaceful retreat steps away for the beach.

Location Location, sigh, Location

The proximity to the beach, harbor, Oceanside just can't be beat...what is harder to beat is the constant noise from the street right outside the window. Feels like it is the end of a cruise route, and keep in mind it is a pretty common access point for the beach as well for all sorts of folks trying to get sand permanently affixed to their lives. This property has a great view (if the bush is trimmed) of the ocean, has all the amenities that one needs for a comfortable week away. NCV is amazing, we come ever couple of years and always leave looking forward to the next time. The property is well maintained, Kitchen has been updated (so it seems) as well as bathrooms. The carpet could use a refresh, and honestly, that's the only knock on the place.

Excellent Condo

We have stayed in 2 different condos at NCV before this trip. This 2 bedroom is definitely larger than the others. Great location! It’s on the corner of the building so lots of light coming in. The kitchen is as big as most houses’ kitchens. I can’t recommend this condo enough.

Great updated condo with everything we needed. Convenient to walk to the ocean, pier and downtown Oceanside. Great views of the ocean from our deck.Would definitely stay here again.

Great Oceanside Location

Overall our stay was great! Perfect location close to the beach and pier. Great amenities for the beach and on property with the pool/spa. Comfortable stay for our family of four. Would suggest replacing the carpets, but everything was clean and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Checkin and checkout process was easy. Would likely stay again if we make our way back to this area!

Disappointing stay

Great upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, but the carpeting was badly stained and worn and furnishings were in need of updating. TVs/technology in need of updating. (Unable to access even network TV stations during stay). Simple, detailed instructions to help with TV log in were not provided. Condo was clean and located close to the beach.

perfect location

This was our 3rd stay at these condos and 2nd in this exact condo. Enjoy the condo. Had a small issue with the fridge but otherwise all was good for us. Hope to stay again in the future.

Great location

This was perfect for my grandson's 3rd birthday. It was very clean, had everything one would need if you were cooking. We didn't cook, we ate out at all the well known places and they were great. Perfect beach location! Walking distance to the pier and harbor. I saw other reviews that complained about ants. We had NO ants, no bugs. Highly recommend Beach Break Cafe and Rockin' Baja Lobster. Also, Tinfish at the pier had great fish tacos. There were three of us adults and one child. Easily sleeps four and two kids could sleep on the sofa bed as well (for six total). Also, we felt very safe. As a whole, I would most definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo with waterfront access

Very nicely landscaped and secure community! Condo had everything you could need to feel at home. Quick responses from owner also appreciated. Check in was a little confusing as you had to go into the complex’s office to complete check in and and that isn’t well marked. Trial and error. But all great once figured that process out.

Oceanside Excellent

This is a beautiful and well-equipped condo convenient to everything; we all had a very nice stay. A minor quibble that the sliding closet doors need repair to open correctly...but this is minor...everything else was immaculate...nice kitchen if you like cooking in...We would not hesitate to stay here again. Great access to the beach and views to watch the waves break in

Location was nice

The location was nice. Easy check in process. Covered parking, laundry in complex, expensive to do laundry. The unit had been updated at some point. Newer appliances. View was nice. That street in front is very busy, loud traffic noise. The carpet was stained, dirty, the couch and chairs were dirty. Ants everywhere. Windows sills we’re dirty. Cable did not work very well. It is fixed now. Not enough linens. Had to wash weekly. Over all it was ok. If you overlooked the condition of the carpet and furniture, it was view was quite lovely.

Beautiful but problematic

While we enjoyed the property overall, there were many issues we ran into. First and foremost the place is beautiful and closely located to the beach. We were close to several restaurants and the pier. When we arrived to the property, it was challenging to check in. There was a car in our designated parking spot that took some time to sort out, but the security desk was very kind and helpful. There was lots of construction happening literally outside the front door of the condo, and lasted the entire 5 days we stayed. We woke up to, and heard, construction and drilling the entire trip. The sidewalks were blocked off and full of construction equipment, which made it challenging to get in and out of the place. Normally we wouldn’t care about this, but the owner never mentioned this would be happening for our entire stay. In addition to construction, the room was full of ants. We didn’t even sleep in the primary bedroom because there were ants in the bed. So my husband slept on the couch and I slept with my child in a twin bed. Not very comfortable. It was also advertised that the home had access to a laundry room. However, in order to use the room you have to pay through an app and the room has no available soaps to use. You must buy them or bring some with you. The app can only work with a wifi connection, and the laundry room had no wifi connection. My husband tried for an hour to wash some clothes before we chose to drive 10 mins to the nearest laundromat, which took away from most of our day to simply wash some clothes. We loved the location but probably wouldn’t stay again given the many inconveniences we had.
