3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath on the bay in Ocean view Delaware. 2 miles to the boardwalk at Bethany. Enjoy the quaintness and convenience (grocery store 0.2 miles away!) of Bethany with nice shops and restaurants while being a quick 20-30 minute drive to Rehobeth/ Dewey/ Ocean City! Located near many golf courses including walking distance to the Salt Pond and a short drive to Bear Trap Dunes! Great Ice cream parlor also a quick walk away!

Successful Shoulder Season Stay for Ten

This house ended up being the perfect size for our group - 10 girls were there total, all mid-20's, for a very casual/mild bachelorette weekend in the shoulder season (April). The master bedroom was spacious enough to set up both of the roll-away cots, having 2.5 bathrooms was good enough to get everyone up and out the door on time both mornings, the house was very clean and well laid out, and the walk to the pool was short and pleasant. The indoor pool was pretty empty on a weekend in the spring, and there was plenty of parking right next to this rental. We woke up to see the sunrise and the drive to Bethany beach was 10 minutes, the kitchen was a good size for us to cook lunch & dinner in, and overall we had a really lovely weekend here!

Was there for new year. House was nice and clean. The clubhouse was great for our families. A nice indoor pool, pool table, foosball table, ping pong table and arcade games and game boards and a few toys for little kids. The house was clean. Had extra foldable beds. Master bedroom also had a nice tub with jets. Erin was very kind and responsive.

Perfect location to enjoy the De beaches

Had a wonderful stay with my family in this perfect location. Bayside at Bethany Lakes has so many amenities. Access to the club house, indoor and outdoor pool and tennis/pickle-ball courts can not be beat- no matter the weather there I always something to do. Kids can safely ride bikes and scooters around the development / parking lot areas. There are trails nearby as well for walking/running/biking. Short and easy drive to downtown Bethany to enjoy the shops/food and boardwalk. Bethany’s central location makes it convenient to drive to Dewey, Rehoboth or Lewes or to head down to Ocean City. The unit had everything that anyone would need in the kitchen. The beds were all comfortable as well as the futon. Sheets and towels were provided and were also nice quality. Grocery store is a min down the road. Neighbors on either side were also very friendly and quiet. Ample parking due to the units location at the end of the community. Great communication with the owner. I can not say enough wonderful things. Would highly recommend and hope to rent again in the years to come. Thank you!

Convenient, great amenities, comfortable

We stayed here with our 3 kids ages 10, 7, and 5 and it was great. You have access to the bay for kayaking and an indoor and outdoor pool in the development. Close to beach and great running trails at Fresh Pond. Note you are on the western (bay) side of cedar neck rd so do not need to cross the road to get to the bay. Beds are comfortable and space was clean. Owner was very helpful with questions.
