This waterfront condo at Bethany Bay is the perfect destination for your coastal getaway! Showcasing beautiful views of Indian River Bay from the private, screened-in balcony, this spacious escape also boasts on-site access to fabulous community amenities including an outdoor pool, sports and recreation courts, and a Par-3 golf course. Catch-and-release fishing is also available at the entrance to the community. Nearby, you'll be less than six miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and just a short drive from Ocean View's shops, breweries, and dining options.

Inside, the bright interior welcomes you in with its cheery nautical theme and modern must-haves like central air-conditioning, internet access, and a washer/dryer. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy evening entertainment and fireside gatherings in the living room equipped with comfortable seating and a smart TV.

A restful night's slumber is inevitable in each of the four bedrooms come evening. Rest, dream, and repeat - another day in paradise!

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests do not have access to the fitness center at Bethany Bay.
Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
A fob is required to enter facilities and is included with the rental. Fee assessed for any lost or stolen fobs.
This unit is located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator in the building.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice home

The home was spacious enough for 8 people. Quiet neighborhood. All linens, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps were included. Owners were in touch immediately if we had any questions.
