"Check in was good all though the house wasn’t clean enough to be a new build. The elevator quit working on the third day and was fixed the next day. The air conditioning on the second floor quit working on the fifth day. Was not fixed before we left. I expected more to be a new build with no problems. Too expensive for that many problems. Beautiful home though and very nice kitchen. "

"This house has a great location between the ocean and the canal. The pool/outdoor area is the best we’ve experienced in 30 years of beach house rentals (always with a pool). The house kitchen is very well equipped and the grill is nice and big; we cooked dinner for 16 every night. There was a water issue after a tropical storm and the owner had a crew at the house making repairs within hours of my reporting the problem."
