Sunny Oceanfront Century I 2 bed/2 bath with Indoor Pool!

Three balconies with incredible ocean and bay views! A great split-level floor plan offering a private primary suite with a 14th floor ocean front balcony! Downstairs the spacious main living area is comfortably furnished to kick back in front of the TV or gather for meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. All the early birds can watch a beautiful sunrise from the main ocean front balcony. An additional full bathroom and 2nd bedroom with bayside balcony are located at the opposite end of the unit where you can marvel over the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. The Century I Building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.

Very clean, excellent location. Beach view. Door to condo was very difficult to open, sticks hard and heavy. Very nice to have a city bus stop right out front of building, easy to travel up and down strip at a very low cost.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, there were several things that didnt make it excellent:1) cargo elevator very small making it difficult to load & unload; 2)Door to our unit was EXTREMELY HARD to open & close. Had to push VERY hard to get to shut every time. Most times needed both hands to open with doorknob from inside when leaving; 3)Toilet on top floor very loud when flushing-like an airplane or restaurant toilet making it hard not to disturb other person sleeping; 4)ALL BLINDS WERE HORRIBLE! Missing slats and multiple slats didnt close making it difficult to sleep past sunrise. Recommend room darkening curtains or better blinds; 5) welcome bag didnt have trash bags & dish detergent as advertised.Good things: kitchen had plenty of needed items. Spacious living room. Bedrooms decent size.
