The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee per vehicle; $55 with CASH or $60 with card. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage. Up to 3 vehicles with the exception of holiday weekends.
The outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
