No WiFi, we missed that on the listing, everything we needed was there to use that we needed. Smaller than we expected. It definitely is for 1-2 people at most. Possibly a small child. We loved Rita’s right next door. Quite a few amenities within walking distance.

Great for festival

Exactly as described - i read listing carefully so brought my own tp, blow dryer and towels but you gotta wonder how many people are so prepared. We didn’t spend much time in the room but it served us well! Busses are the way to get around here with stops closeby

Mostly pleased

My daughter had a weeklong softball tournament, so my husband and I tag teamed, he stay a couple nights, I stayed the rest... When I booked, I swear it said "max 3 guests" there was a sofabed and a murphy bed. As it turns out, we never had more than 2 there, which is what was on the subsequent communicstion (2 guests) however, the murphy bed and sofa bed cannot be opened at the same time, so the initial info was deceiving. THANKFULLY I had planned for both beds so I had sheets and a mattress pad and extra blanket/pillows. My daughter removed the back cushion of the couch and made up the couch as her bed while my husband slept in the murphy bed. It did have all the things I needed to cook, and thankfully also had some basic cleaning supplies. When we arrived, there was human hair in the tub and toothpaste on the faucet in the bathroom. The kitchen flloor mat was very grittey with sand, and when we were trying to see if the sofa bed would open with murphy bed, we found a child's jelly shoe under the couch as well as crumbs and a candy wrapper in the couch cushions. Don’t often leave bad reviews but…

My partner and I booked from F-M, we called in advance to let them know we’d be checking in early Saturday morning (3am). The late check in process was smooth. Where the experience started going down hill for us was when we walked into the rental. The floor was dirty, the walls were scratched up or stained with an unknown substance. There was a rotten/ mildew smell, we had to blast the A/C and open up the windows to air the apartment out. The couch was three different shades and has not been cleaned in a very long time, we could not sit or put anything down on it all weekend. We pulled the bed down and right in the middle there was a blood stain. Called twice Saturday and Sunday to get the apartment cleaned, was told someone would come by, no one did. Super disappointed with the experience and the lack of resolution provided by the property management team. Ample opportunities to rectify the issue. This is the second rental we book in OCMD and would probably not give this rental another try unfortunately

Great location in middle of everything! Very clean, Murphy bed was comfortable, was afraid it would not be, but slept well! Perfect size place for a couple! Pool was a plus! Would definitely come back to this one!

Perfect for one

I was a little hesitant when the listing said it was a Murphy bed, but found it and the studio quite comfortable. And while I was a little worried about not having internet access, the experience was glorious. I lost myself in several books while also having the time to plan and prepare some interesting meals. All in all it was a great location, a quiet building, and an opportunity to relax and unplug.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Came down for Jeep Week. Location was great, right beside convention center, so close to everything we wanted. Definitely will stay here again

Displeasures

We were disappointed with NO WiFi, the less than basic tv package and the shower curtain had to be put back up after every shower since it wasn’t wide enough for the space in which it hung. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Ocean City but would not rent this unit again.
