Ocean LookOut #5, located on the North end of town is a third floor walk, comfortable 2-bedroom condo with a balcony, with a partial view of the the ocean up the street.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony in a family-friendly neighborhood. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, and a personal television. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Then there is a queen sleep sofa in the living room.
Amenities: unit air conditioning in each room, two parking spaces behind the building, two TVs, free WiFi, ceiling fan, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher.

Livingroom: Queen Sleep Sofa

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Location is perfect. Place was clean furniture and appliances were so old and uncomfortable. Bed room ac had black mold (so we couldn’t use it) Prob bc of how old they were. New furniture, appliances and air conditioning units and you can’t go wrong. Would Never stay there again

What an odd stay! Some basic facts about the stay had to be requested multiple times, such as trash disposal and operation of the outdoor shower (there's a key, similar to a drum-key, that fits... some valve in the middle of an overhead water-feed line, not marked at all and not explained except for in a response email that I received on our last full day there!), awfully basic things like a pair of scissors are absent from the kitchen, the floors were filthy (as evidenced by everyone's socks suddenly blackened after one day), and staying on the third story with only some wooden stairs that appear untreated... Lots of stairs... As the only way up and down. It was like a scavenger hunt and a camping trip, but minus all the fun parts, and you're still out nearly $3K for the experience. Look elsewhere, because it's not worth your while.
