Our condo is so cozy and comfy you won’t want to leave! Just steps away from the beach and directly across the street from Convention Center. We are close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, Jolly Rogers, surf shops and the famous OC bar Seacrets! No need to bring Beach chairs, we provide 4 Tommy Bahama chairs for your convenience. We are steps away from the beach! You can hear the waves in the morning while drinking your coffee!
NEW FOR 2025 - Remodeled Bathroom
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo
2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children
3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo
4. Per Condo rules there are no pets allowed
5. We do not supply sheets and towels.
6. Please bring all of your own toiletries

Great weekend spot. Unit was clean and welcoming and had everything you need to be comfortable. Parking was easy and location is great- short walk to the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and stores and bus stops.

My three friends and I had an awesome stay!! We had some trouble with the code when first arriving, but Gina was very responsive and quick to help us. Very clean and decorated beautifully, walking distance to beach is a plus since there is no pool. Will likely stay here again. Check in was easy and Gina was an awesome host checking on us to see if we needed anything throughout our stay.

I was visiting Ocean City for a conference and the location right across the street from the convention center was perfect. But the condo was also seconds from the beach for a morning run before heading to the conference. PERFECT!

The condo was adorable. The place was clean and well put together. Owners were super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Directly across from the convention center and location was perfect for walking to near by restaurants and activities in the area. We will definitely be back to stay.

Fantastic condo in perfect location

Gina’s place is great! The first thing that struck us is how clean it was - we actually kept our shoes off in the property it was that clean! It has everything you need for a great stay and is a couple of steps from the beach. Check in was super easy and we loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo !

Gina's condo was great!! Super clean and beautifully decorated. This condo is in prime location with the beach right there an walking distance to almost everything! Gina went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from early check in, providing us with beach chairs and recommending places for lunch/dinner. We had such a nice stay and slept well on the very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend Gina's condo for a weekend or longer. You will not be disappointed.

Didn’t speak with the property manager at all,,, all of my communication was with the actual property owner,,,, Ms. Gina. She was so absolutely warm and welcoming, her home was immaculate, well stocked, warm, cozy and just simply beautiful,,, located near my he oceanfront,,,, I look forward to renting from Ms. Gina again and making this my permanent summer getaway home. I highly recommend this cozy condo to anyone who is looking for comfort, and convenience,,,,, then this is definitely the place.

From the time of booking to checking out (even extending our stay by a day) Gina has been a serious pleasure to communicate with! I would gladly stay here again. We had an event at the convention center and we were able to walk right across the street. The beach is right here as well. Thanks for a phenomenal painless stay!
