3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Ocean Block Condo with balcony, and rooftop pool located in North Ocean City. This Beautifully Decorated, well-maintained and spacious condo will suit your family of 10 quite comfortably. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
It features a fully equipped modernized kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom has a King bed and private ensuite with jetted tub and stand-alone glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed and Twin Bunk Beds. The Living room offers a Full Sleep Sofa. The owner provides a washer and dryer, cable & internet for your added convenience. The building amenities include: elevators, rooftop pool, 2-parking spots & a fitness room. What are you waiting for, make your reservations today!
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. You are able to purchase a linen package if you wish which would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised we do not advertise any properties on Craig's list.

All was as expected based on the listing. Wi-Fi worked well. There was an issue that the YouTube tv was not accessible in the family room. Not a biggie. The ‘contact the owner’ couldn’t resolve it. Check-in was ok. We stay in OC every summer and this was the first I remember having to go to a remote location to get physical keys. The 62nd street pickup is at the end of the busy bridge on move in day. Traffic stood still on that crossing. Prefer electronic code. If it must be a key, maybe a different location less busy during move in could be used. There was one item that was damaged before our arrival, toilet paper holder in the master bath.

Great family vacation

Condo is in a great location. Very clean, beautiful place. Would recommend this to everyone. Beaches were steep and waves crashed right on shore. No room for little children to play in the water. Because of that I probably wouldn’t stay in this area again.

Inconvenience from the beginning. 67 blocks to check in and out. No welcome kit(my first VRBO rental without). In short this condo was overpriced for the amenities included. Feel free to reach out and I will give more details

Great unit for a family of seven

We enjoyed the size of the unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the pool and it’s proximity to the ocean. The unit was very comfortable, open and clean and the location was less crowded than further south in Ocean City.
