Explore local hotspots, outlet shopping, and upscale eateries, all within a few minutes.

LIVING AREA

After a day of adventure, unwind in the open living area where a sleeper sectional and smart TV await.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up tasty dishes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.

When dinner is served, the kitchen table seats four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the private balcony off the bedrooms, complete with two Adirondack chairs and a water view.

The balcony off the living area has a patio swing and bar seating for up to eight. Shared with the adjacent condo, this social space overlooks the waterway leading to the bay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided.

Reserved parking is available for one car in the carport. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the adjacent parking lot.

This single-level condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available.

The larger balcony is semi-open to the balcony of the adjacent condo (there is a partial divider wall).

LOCATION

Pack a picnic and relax on the beach, located a 5-minute walk from your door! Your rental is within easy walking distance of shopping, watercraft rentals, and a range of restaurants, from formal dining to quick bites.

Spend the day on the Ocean City Boardwalk or make memories at Jolly Roger Amusement Park's Splash Mountain. Other nearby attractions include DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Thunder Lagoon Waterpark.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
