    The Space:

    This one-bedroom condo is right up from the beach! When you're not out on the sand, kick back in the well-appointed living room to catch up on a favorite novel. The shared pool will make for a refreshing swim after a long outdoor hike. Take advantage of the free WiFi to research a fun new adventure or post your best selfies to your social media accounts. The private washer/dryer will ensure you look your best during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip! Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Very nice place

very clean, newly updated, had everything we needed, easy check in and out, large bed, would defiantly would stay here again.

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip to OC and had so much fun! Easy walk to the beach and the pool on site was a plus! Within walking distance to many different yummy restaurants! Just add a full length mirror somewhere in the unit and replace the superrrrr squeaky bed for a perfect 5 stars!!

Good location, views good, but tight space-wise

The unit is nice enough, clean and well appointed. It is narrow and there is little closet space but it has a nice little kitchen and good one-and-a-half bathrooms. Views of both the beach and the bay, it also is close to the beach and some good restaurants.

Great weekend rental!

Great location. Very clean. Could see the beach & bay from the balcony. Steps from the beach. Walking distance to saltwater 75, fagers island, King Kone, etc. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay again.
