My 14 year-old daughter and I stayed while she was riding at hits for 10 daysThe location is perfect. It’s about nine minutes from hits and 10 minutes from Publix / wec. It’s right near a ton of horse pastures - beautiful setting. Very peaceful. Much nicer than other VRbos we’ve stayed in Ocala over the years.The house itself was extremely clean and perfect for two of us to stay comfortablyYou can hear a little bit of road noise, but I just kept the fan on at night and slept really well and I’m a light sleeperWe will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for WEC or HITS

My daughter and I came here for 10 days while horse showing at WEC. This property is is centrally located between WEC and HITS and would be ideal if your showing at either facility. Upon initial arrival the home appeared clean. However, when we opened the door to the patio/3 season room we were immediately hit with the overwhelming dog urine odor. We immediately contacted Rick who indicated the previous guest had a dog that created a tremendous amount of damage. He apologized and set the cleaning lady back to the property to relive the carpet from the area. Although that helped the patio area still couldn’t be used and needs to be bleached. This didn’t bother us as the rest of the house was very clean. Appliances were like new. The cleaning lady did not empty the dishwasher so I Italy we didn’t think the home was well stocked but once we realized the dishes were there all was good. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Rick was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We tried to rent the property again this season but was already booked. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful country setting

This property is a great place to stay. It was far enough out from all the hustle and bustle of town but close enough if you needed to get something. It was very clean and the property owner was easily accessible and very attentive. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Winter Show Season 24

We rented this house from Rick for almost 6 weeks and had a very nice stay. Very conveniently located from both HITS and WEC. Rick was very responsive with any issues. When we first checked in the washing machine wasn't working and he went and got a new one, which was greatly appreciated. The biggest hassle was the broken gate to the property which required getting in and out of the car to open and close whenever coming or going. Wasn't that big of a deal though. The house worked out very well for us.

Great location

This house is perfect if you are attending events at both WEC and HITS. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking meals and the yard is huge which was great for our dog. The host is very quick to respond to any questions. There is a very busy road directly behind the house but that did not affect us at all, and we were never bothered by road noise.

Cheery and Clean

The house smelled amazing when we entered and for being a pet friendly property I really appreciated that. We stayed in town for a horse show and location was perfect for WEC. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We cooked at the house and enjoyed the big back yard with our dog!

Cute house close to WEC. Easy check in and out. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Right off main road but did not hear road noise. Would definitely stay there again
