The size of the apartment is approximately 40 square meters and can accommodate up to max. 4 people. A double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (142 x 192 cm) are available as sleeping options. Additional equipment details are: small SFBC, washing machine (free use) and a smart TV (43 inches). In addition to the already excellent and very central location in the center of Steibi, the apartment has a south-west facing balcony and a private parking space. In addition to landline telephony, the rental price also includes WiFi. In the immediate vicinity there is a grocery store with a bakery - u. Optimale Unterkunft

Die Lage der Wohnung mitten im Ort ist optimal. Lokale in der Nähe, Einkaufmöglichkeit über die Straße. Der Oberstaufenpass + rundet die Sache ab und schützt vor nicht bedachten Kosten für Liftfahrten und hat zusätzliche Features. Bettzeug, Handtücher und sonstige Zusatzkosten fallen nicht an, da enthalten. Die Einweisung durch den Vermieter ist optimal, einschl. der Begehung der einzelnen Komponenten. Wir können nur Positives über die gemietete Wohnung einschl. der Anmietung und aller Formalitäten sagen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft an alle Urlaubssuchenden. Mit freundlichem Gruß Lothar N
