This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. The chef our waiter and everyone made sure we were taken care of! If you want a spectacular stay then stay at this wonderful hotel!

The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest.

We had to check in after reception hours, which I prearranged with the hotel. It was a smooth and easy process arriving after hours. Our room was spacious and very clean. We utilized the pool and our kids enjoyed had a blast. Breakfast was fantastic and staff was very kind and helpful! Great option for families and would stay again.

Upon checking in on the first night, the hotel informed me that all hotel bookings required breakfast to be included. I explained that I had booked through Expedia, and breakfast was not included. The hotel threatened to charge an additional 40 CHF per person per day, which I stated was not in the Expedia terms and conditions. I told them the hotel needed to discuss this with Expedia, and they insisted on charging me. I refused and threatened to cancel the entire booking. They then agreed and said they would negotiate with Expedia. Ultimately, the hotel apologized as it was an issue between them and Expedia, not my concern. The matter was resolved amicably, but it was an unfortunate incident on the first day of my stay, as it was very upsetting. Otherwise, everything was fine; I slept comfortably, and the hotel was quite clean.
