"To be honest, I knew the apartment was dated but it didn't appear very clean either. For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "Reception staff were outstanding. A couple of minor points were no desks on the room, having a low table made any kind of computer work difficult. Also at Breakfast two thing were irritating, the porridge was dreadful, you should have a bowl of porridge not a slice and they often ran out of thins at the weekend and did not replace them fruit for cereal being the most obvious. Overall though really impressed and now my favoured hotel chain in Austria."
