Upon entering the gate, you'll walk along a paved path to your patio. A beautiful white pergola covers the area, surrounded by lush greenery. This serene space is perfect for spending most of your time at home.

As you slide open the glass door, you'll find your bed immediately to the right. This bed doubles as a couch for relaxing and watching TV. Beneath the TV is a pull-down desk, ideal for working while on the couch. The desk folds up to provide space for pulling out a twin trundle, which connects to the existing bed to form a king-size bed.

Next to the bed is a dedicated workstation that also serves as a private dining area.

Walk through to the kitchen area, where you'll find a 2-burner induction stove. Induction pots are in the cupboard under the stove, and utensils are in the drawer beneath it. A full-size refrigerator and microwave are located directly next to the desk.

Beyond the kitchen is a barn door. Slide it open to reveal a brand-new bathroom with a full-size shower to the right and plenty of storage. You'll find all necessary supplies for your trip.

There are ring doorbell cameras at the gate entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the gate.
