"We stayed 3 nights. The rooms are not very clean. It wasn’t until our second night that we noticed there was a gray zip up jacket in between the TV and dresser. Which shows that they don’t thoroughly and properly clean. Additionally, on the first day of check-in, there were stains on our bedsheets. we called someone to come change it, and there was a woman and man that came to change it. Upon entering the room, the woman really annoyed. I showed them the stain and the woman immediately got defensive in a way and said that that’s just the scenes from bleach that it’s fine. I understood and still told them that I would like it changed. They changed it and then they noticed that there was another stain and she got a little bit more upset, speaking in Spanish that they’re all gonna look like that because they use chemicals or bleach. My husband speaks Spanish so he noticed her responses were kind of aggressive in a way until he spoke Spanish right back to her and her responses shifted a bit. Anyways, they put in brand new sheets, which is what should be the standard anyway. on the second or third night at around midnight, a man came to our door and woke me and my husband up by yelling and knocking on the door. When my husband responded, he ran away or went somewhere else we think. We were coming out of sleep. But that was an experience that we’ve never had before. We couldn’t even call the front desk because the phones don’t work at all. "

"The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and far below what was advertised. Upon arrival, we found the room to be filthy and unsanitary. There was trash throughout the hotel, dirty walls, blood stains on the floor, and a strong, unpleasant odor. The toilet seat had yellow stains, the curtains were dirty and had holes in them, and the overall condition of the room was extremely disturbing. Additionally, there was no air conditioning available. When I raised this concern with the front desk, I was simply directed to a sign stating that there was no A/C and was told to contact the third-party booking provider. This response was unhelpful and did not address the seriousness of the situation. I have taken photographs documenting the condition of the room as evidence. Given the state of the property, I strongly suggest that you review your listing on Expedia, as the current representation does not reflect the reality of the accommodations. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue. Filthy disgusting place!"
