Good Time Pine is a charming log home nestled in a serene setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. The second-floor main level features a cozy living room with a stunning stone fireplace, seamlessly connected to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a comfortable bedroom, providing easy access for all guests. Upstairs, you'll find a private bathroom and bedroom, offering a peaceful escape with its own unique charm. The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, boasting two additional bedrooms and an entertainment room with a pool table. Whether you're gathering for a movie night or a friendly game, this space is perfect for making memories.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with an array of outdoor amenities. Fire up the grill and dine al fresco, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing. Good Time Pine is the perfect destination for families, friends, or anyone looking to experience a tranquil and memorable mountain retreat.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 6; garage access is not available
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in.

The house was as described. The family had an amazing time coming together in the basement/common spaces of the house for time together. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. Only providing four stars due to wishing there were more linens. We had to go out and get detergent for our short stay as we did not have enough and we did not have the max occupancy for the home. Also, floors are very squeaky so if someone is awake, the whole house will be awake. Regardless, we had a nice time and would likely book again.

We loved the house, the hot tub, and the fire pit. The house was very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed playing pool in the evening. The place is very private, and there are many trees on the back, so we could enjoy our evenings by the fire pit without looking into neighbours’ yards. The grill was very easy to use.

A perfect Christmas

My family and I rented this property over the Chistmas holiday and i couldn't have found a better place. It was the perfect size for our group of 11. It was beautifully decorated for the holiday with a garland wrapped stair rail and 2 fully decorated Christmas trees. The kitchen was well equipped with cook ware and even had a crockpot stored in the pantry. The hot tub was super clean, and the pool table was a big hit. Although there were pong balls, we never found the paddles and there was also a game system but no controllers. The local neighbors were friendly, and anywhere we needed to go was within a 15 min. drive (walmart, dollar general, gift shops and the cutest little convince store called Arrowhead Market). The property manager was very kind, he actually called the day of our expected arrival to introduce himself and let me know the property was available before checkin time, and to contact him directly if we needed anything. One of the best stays I've ever had!

Overall it was beautiful and we had a great time.

We had problems with the fireplace working. When I called, I was told to go out and buy a lighter to light it, which really upset me. It was cold and I had no idea where to go after a long ride. Finally, someone called and came over and got it to work. We also asked him if there was anything they could do because the water smelled so bad when we turned it on. He did do something and said it would help. The next day we couldn’t get the fireplace on again. This time they sent someone else. He did fix it. The water was the same and he set the system to run a wash through the system every day. That really helped. You couldn’t drink it which we accepted, but the smell wasn’t as strong.

Wonderful home!

We very much enjoyed our long weekend with 6 adults and 6 kids. We all fit comfortably and loved that the kids had their own space in the basement to play while the adults could relax upstairs. We loved the woodsy feel of the home and the property was in a great spot. We made good use of the fire pit! We had a little bit of a problem with the refrigerator temperature and water pressure, but it was nothing that ruined our stay! We’ll definitely return again!

Great family vacation

Family really enjoyed our time at Deep Creek. The property was great for swimming, boating, and fishing. (Be advised that the dock is a 1/2 mile walk which was challenging for the toddlers). Place was nicely decorated and the outside was great for evening gatherings around fire pit and for playing games. Only complaint is that although it comfortably slept twelve there was not enough seating or silverware for us to all eat at the same time. If you plan on baking, bring pans and measuring items. Hot tub was a great evening event for the teenagers.

This place was just as described. We enjoyed the location as it’s close to both state parks.

This place was just as it is described and looks. We really enjoyed our covid getaway. Great spot away from people, but a short drive to state parks. My kids really enjoyed playing ping pong and making s’mores by the fire pit. Kitchen was well equipped and we used the gas grill too as we cooked all of our meals.

Nice getaway

The house is very nice and clean. The firepit and hot tub were nice amenities and the beds were comfortable. We were a bit disappointed in the location. We booked a place a little last minute so we couldn't find a lake-view place. We really missed not being able to see the water. We knew this place didn't have a water view, but if it it did, it would have been perfect.

Amazing Winter Escape

This year my family and I decided to skip the Christmas gifts and do a getaway together. This was going to be a new tradition for our family so I was really hoping it got off on the right foot with perfect house and it definitely did! The property could not be more cozy and inviting. Was just right for our family of five to spread out and relax. We had everything we needed. The only thing I would say is the upper level where the master bedroom is gets very hot the main level is warm and the bottom level is fairly cold. Other than that it was absolutely perfect. They were less than 15 minutes from Wisp Resort and we' were able to go back and forth from there everyday quickly and easily. It's also so close to town and great restaurants We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!
