DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
We didn't get the code to get in ... we had to call twice about it. The hot tub wasn't touched for months. It was green and smelled horrible. It was like yucky pond/ swamp water. The pool had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time. The couch literally smelled so bad I had to shower and wash my clothes after sitting there, pretty sure someone threw up on it . There was no toilet paper when we arrived. No paper towels. No dish soap to wash the dishes that were put away with literal food and sauce still on the plate back into the cupboard. This is better beach rentals company. Just stay away ! Unless a disgusting party house that has a smell to it and an unidentified layer of yuck and goo on everything is appealing to you. We didn't have power in the one room and one whole wall of the kitchen. Maintenance came out said he'd need to call an electrician. The other Maintenance guy came out the next day & said a breaker tripped and then threw it over and we had power. So we could've had power our 1st night but didn't because the guy couldn't do his job. All the shower curtains had pink mildew coating the entire bottom. When I called they told me they don't leave things between guest (dish soap etc) but clearly they're not even washing the shower curtains between guests so I don't understand what the problem is with a small bottle of soap. Forgot my dawn there though so the next person will have it. There was even plastic wrap and gallon bags all left there ... but nope... no toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, or dish soap for you! Oh and there's broken spindles glued back together on the stairs... just an FYI. Very unstable don't lean against it. After I called and told them all of the problems they honestly didn't even care. The said "we'll send someone out to validate your claims." The woman came out and her face when she opened that hot tub was the best... she SAW all of the problems. Never ever heard from anyone. To pay this amount of money for a place and get the experience we had is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! We paid for things we couldn't even use. I will NEVER return here again.
