Eight TVs (Flat screen TVs in two living rooms and four bedrooms, FSTV in master bath and in the kitchen) with extended cable, Two DVD players (Blu-ray/DVD player and Netflix access in the living room), one VCR, high-speed wireless internet access, extra mini fridge. Beautifully decorated with granite counter tops, jacuzzi tub, ceiling fans; hardwood floors. Books, games, DVDs, gas fireplace, charcoal grill. Office area with dedicated phone line for fax, scanner and printer.

Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the screened porch, covered porch, and two expansive decks with furniture, a direct walkway to beach over a freshwater pond with a double gazebo, beach cart for carrying all your beach gear. Exquisite home! Part Handicap friendly. Enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs may be occasionally present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
