Other highlights include the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed and nearby bathroom. There are Roku Smart Televisions in the living area and in both bedrooms (your own streaming services are available,) high-speed fiber optic internet and a full-size washer and dryer. A well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, toaster, slow cooker, hand mixer, Green Pan cookware along with abundant serving and storage containers.
 
Beach toys can be left downstairs as a key to ground-level locked storage is provided to guests. The Oak Island Beach Villas community offers outdoor showers at each building, wooden walkways to the beach, a seasonal pool with sundeck and covered picnic area with grills. Walk or bike to the nearby pier, restaurants and golf course. The location is convenient to grocery and other shopping areas.
 
Please also be sure to note the following: Guest pets are not permitted, though those with allergies should know the owners of this Villa sometimes stay here with their Boston Terrier. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on porches or balconies. Oak Island Beach Villas are not equipped with elevators, though guests report the ocean views from this unit are outstanding and worth every step!

The OIBV pool is open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowners association's recommendation.
