"The staff was lovely. The mage were all great except for one. She took my tip and didn't even make my bed well she made my bed but she didn't change the sheets of the pillow cases. I think the maid staff will take care of that. Other than that it's a three-star hotel that masquerades itself is a five. Clean well maintained excellent staff definitely if I need a hotel in Flagstaff that's the first place I'm going. The pool the workout room easy access to restaurants and gas stations and convenience stores. I think it's one of the best hotels in flagstaff. I've stayed at biltmore's, holidays inns residence inns, Hilton's Marriott none of them were any better the rooms were no better and the service was no better than the Kendrick offers I was really surprised."

"We liked the location of the property: it was close to hiking trails and other Flagstaff attractions as well as to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very good at communicating with us about check-in and check-out as well as other things about the property. He even let us pick fresh blackberries during our stay which was a real plus. The Wi-Fi could sometimes be a little shaky and the bathroom could have had more counter space to put our personal toiletries, etc. But the property was very clean and well organized and decorated."
