2回目の宿泊はありません。
まず、チェックインの時に、フリーWi-Fiの説明が丁寧ではなかった。私の英語力と言うよりも、フリーWi-Fiのバマスワードであると告げられないと、部屋番号の紙を渡されだだけではわからない。 次に、シャワー、洗面の水が薄茶色。 シャワーの温度がなかなか上がらない。 水量が弱い。 ボットも湯飲み、お茶も置いてない。 ドライヤーも頼まないといけない。 コンセントが少なく、充電するのに困った。 到着日の夜、外でゴミを燃やしていたようで、夜中ずっとプラスチックやビニールを焼いている匂いが部屋に入って、気分が悪かった。 湖の近くの椅子に座って見るサンセットは、とても良かった。 スタッフの挨拶や対応は、好感が持てました。

インレー湖の夕焼け
家族で滞在しました。フレンドリーなスタッフ、緑豊かな環境、朝は鳥たちのさえずりで目覚めました。 朝食もパンやオムレツがおいしく、コーヒーや紅茶は何杯もお代わりしたくらいです。 湖畔の夕焼けが美しく、印象的でした。また来たいと思います。

A slice of heaven
Magnificent traditional hotel overlooking Inle lake. Serene and calm. Staff were smiley, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The gardens and estate were immaculate. A massage at the spa was worth every penny. Food was delicious and varied. Attention to detail second to none. I couldn’t recommend more! 10/10 & 5 stars. will 100% go back to this little slice of heaven

The resort has so much potential but my stay felt a little short. I visited during low season and the hotel was pretty empty and therefore only the small dining room was open. The resort is located right on Inle Lake and has a great view of the lake as well as the sunset, and can arrange boat tours that takes off right from the deck. If you want to get out of the hotel you would have to use the hotel to call a car or rent a bike (this was the only hotel during my entire stay in Myanmar that charges for the bike). The staff is very friendly but could use more training. During the whole time of my stay the wifi was either completely down or has absolutely no signal from my room on the edge of the property.

Mooi gelegen resort aan meer
Uitstekend gelegen resort aan het meer, met aanlegsteiger, standaard kamer met alle voorzieningen, badkamer met douche (dus geen onhandig bad!). Volledig goed ontbijt. Echter WiFi is onhandig. Niet te ver van stad met restaurants.

Mooi gelegen hotel aan het meer. Degelijke standaard kamer met alle voorzieningen, met douche (geen bad, dus OK). Degelijk ontbijt. WiFi valt echter steeds uit.

Beautiful hotel
Everything was perfect. Very friendly service, good food, nicely decorated rooms (even the cheapest ones that are not directly on the lake), beautiful place. We didn’t get to try to pool as the weather wasn’t warm enough unfortunately! Taxi service and boat trips were much more expensive than if you book somewhere else so I wouldn’t recommend booking with the hotel (even though that’s more convenient). Would definitely go back!

Quizás por ser temporada baja, pero el hotel tenía los servicios muy limitados. El restaurante funcionaba a medio gas. El primer día nos dieron una habitación junto a lo que debía ser una sala de máquinas y había mucho ruido (nos cambiaron a otra sin ningún problema). El hotel en si es precioso, la ubicación es excepcional y las puestas de sol impresionantes.

Comfort and service at Inle Lake
We were out of season and there were 10 guests in a resort that holds 170 but we were made very welcome and had everything we needed. We stayed in lakeside villa which was comfortable and clean with baloncy to the lake. Very comfortable beds, air con, fridge and huge shower. Staff very helpful although always keen to commit you to their services. We recommend their one day lake trip (for all the local sights and markets) and you are a short taxi ride or bike ride away from Inle Heart View Restaurant perfect for sundowners with great food. The is a restaurant and the Minglela bar for your use on site. The spa was nice, pool is lovely and there is a small gym as well. We saw no better resorts whilst at Inle Lake, would stay again.

Lovely place to stay and relax
Beautiful large compound, feels like you're in the forest, lots of quite corners, great views over the lake. The cheaper rooms are in a new area of new generic buildings that do not keep to the same traditional style or have the same charm as the majority of the lodges. However, even the room we had was very clean and comfortable. The food was quite disappointing and there is little choice nearby for dinner.

Hotellet var bra, ankom på nattbuss fra Yangon og fikk sjekke inn lenge før tiden. Personalet var kjempeflinke. Hotellet bærer preg av manglende vedlikehold, beliggenheten er fin på bilder, men i virkeligheten er man i ingenmannsland da det ikke er reelle muligheter for å ta seg ut om kvelden pga mangel på lys langs veien og lignende. Aircondition er kjekt ha, men varme på rommet hadde vært mye mer praktisk (hvertfall på denne årstiden). Alt i alt et ok opphold og som nevnt, personalet var veldig imøtekommende. Mingalaba!

Beautiful but expensive and secluded
If you have a lot of money, you can rent a villa near the lake, but if not, you’ll have a little room, with no heater, no coffee/tea, far away from the restaurant, pool. In fact, the resort is far away from everything. The place is beautiful with trees, and nice view of the lake and sunsets from a large patio. The breakfasts were good, dinners were ok but expensive. Spa services were also expensive and if you wished to hire a car to go to town which is close by, you need a lot of cash also. For some reasons, staff seem sad and not smiling much and this was strange because Myanmar people are usually happier. The people at the reception were very nice. I don’t think we are the clientele for this kind of place. If you want to meet people from Myanmar, and feel a little bit more free to do stuff, a hotel in town would be more appropriate. Tours of the lake and of other places are organized in town also.

It is a massive resort with rooms of various standards. Our room was a superior double and relatively small compared to other hotels we have stayed in on our trip the Myanmar, and wasn’t very well ventilated. In addition the wifi was terrible in our room, it kept disconnecting. The dinning room was a big hall and a little soleless. Breakfast had a good selection but the fried rice and noodles were not as good as I have had elsewhere. If you want to share the $$ with other local businesses whilst staying at Inle lake resort the local options are very limited and a tuk tuk into town was $8000 kyat The sunset views over the lake are lovely

Stayed in the lake front villas - beautiful villa and good size. Only slight disappointment was that I could not see the sunset directly from my balcony - however there was plenty of space on the hotel deck to see this.

Das beste Resort am Inle Lake! Jederzeit wieder.
Das Inle Resort & Spa war für uns das schönste Hotel während unserer Myanmar-Rundreise (insgesamt sechs Hotels). Schön ruhig gelegen, eine gepflegte und neue Anlage. Unser Zimmer in einem der weißen Häuser war groß, modern und sauber. Das Essen (sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen) war sehr gut, eine tolle Auswahl mit frischen Produkten. Die Mitarbeiter waren außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit - z. B. bei der Planung unserer weiteren Reise. Tolle Spa-Anwendungen zu fairen Preisen. Der Pool hat eine ideale Größe. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Definitive Empfehlung von uns, wir würden jederzeit wieder hin!

Une nuit passée dans cet hôtel. Personnel accueillant .Chambre supérieure qui pour moi correspondait plus à une chambre standard . Petit déjeuner excellent . Au vu de l 'emplacement de l hotel repas du soir pris au restaurant : bon mais gonfle les prix (équivaut quasiment au prix français ). L hôtel est accessible par la route et en bateau . A 30 minutes de marche du village le plus proche .

Superbe expérience dans' cet hôtel, les chambres sont magnifiques et valent le prix. Rien a redire à ce niveau. Eigentlich schönes Hotel, aber kein Wohlfühlfaktor
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, für meinen Geschmack aber fast schon zu sauber und dadurch etwas "steril" (überall sieht man putzendes Persona); das Hotel liegt recht abgeschieden, man ist daher fast gezwungen dort zu essen und zu trinken; die Preise im Hotel für Transfer/Essen/Touren sind dreimal so hoch wie in der Stadt; die Zimmer sind schön, aber es fehlt an Kleinigkeiten wie einem Fön; die Angestellten sind sehr bemüht, aber in diesem Hotel hatte ich das einzige Mal auf der Reise das Gefühl, dass die Freundlichkeit ein wenig aufgesetzt war; es hapert an Kleinigkeiten wie Auflagen am Pool, rutschfesten Fliesen, Fliegengittern (in Anbetracht der Vielzahl an Moskitos ärgerlich). Insgesamt habe ich mich nicht rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The place is really beautiful and peaceful. The boats to explore Inle lake can pick you up directly at the hotel. The restaurant and SPA are good also.

Rent og fin lokasjon til innsjøen.
Veldig flott hotell, men lokalområdet rundt var helt dødt. Når man var ferdig og oppleve innsjøen var det ikke stor mer å gjøre på hotellet. Hotellet var i tillegg veldig dyrt (for Myanmarsk standard) i forhold til om du hadde reist inn til Nyang Shwe. Rommene var renslige og store.

Environnement unique sur le lac Inle
Le cadre est absolument sublime : sur petit étang près du Lac Inle, à l'écart du bruit des bateaux, paisible et unique. Coup de cœur pour les extérieurs : jardins, allées du resort sont absolument magnifiques, tout comme les deux petites terrasses en bord de Lac permettant de profiter du merveilleux coucher du soleil. Petit déjeuner et diner (nous avions choisi un plat local) délicieux. Quelques points négatifs tout de même : quelle mesquinerie de ne pas offrir une bouteille d'eau dans les chambres (une petite bouteille est présente pour se laver les dents)!!! Lorsque l'on connaît le prix des chambres, exiger un dollar supplémentaire pour un litre d'eau est absolument inacceptable, surtout quand tous les hotels au Myanmar, de la guesthouse au resort 4*, les proposent gratuitement à leurs clients. Sur le meme propos, ces deux distributeurs de billets qui trônent à l'entrée de la salle immense servant au diner ôtent toute envie d'aller plus loin. Cela permet de dépanner le client certes mais dans un cadre aussi magnifique, ne peut on cacher ces immondes machines? Enfin, alors que les gens que nous avons rencontrés au Myanmar ont jusqu'à présent été d'une gentillesse extreme, chaleureux et souriants, nous avons trouvé le personnel au Inle Resort désintéressé et sans véritable "éclat". Dommage.

Tres bon accueil du manager français, tres serviable. Nous avons été cependant déçus par le manque de professionnalisme du personnel malgré la gentillesse habituelle : envoi d'un taxi pour 2 à l'aéroport alors que nous étions 4 qu'on a voulu nous faire payer 55€ au lieu de 35€, communication difficile due à une très faible maîtrise de l'anglais, zèle très marqué pour la facturation systématique de toute prestation (ex : nous avions pris un boat tour local que l'on a voulu nous charger; le prêt de vélos s'est avéré payant pour du matériel plus que moyen sans freins, on a oublié de nous activer nos cles la 3eme nuit, et l'hôtel est vraiment grand ...). Le problème est que nous étions au milieu de nulle part et donc obligés de rester sur place pour diner et le restaurant, le bar ne sont pas au niveau de qualité de l'hôtel. Nous avons mieux mangé dans les petits restos locaux de Mandalay. Vraiment dommage car l'endroit est magnifique. Un meilleur chef, de meilleures prestations à un prix plus raisonnable et ce serait parfait.

Beautiful hotel with vast expanses of communal areas all made from wood. It would definitely be worth getter mg a lake view room (701-706). The internet is virtually non-existent, even in the common areas.

We loved it. The restaurant was very good and the drinks were excellent. Most of all, the place was beautiful. The welcoming staff made us feel special. Forget about the Internet, it doesn't work most of the time, but it shouldn't matter.

My kingdom for water pressure.
Overall a nice place. But they have to figure out the mosquitos in the rooms and dining room. At least close the doors to the dining room at night. The shower was like making drip coffee. There was no water pressure. The food was good. Althought twice as much as I paid anywhere else in Myanmar. Very helpful staff. The lounge chairs in the dock were torture devices from the middle ages. Really someone sat in them and said "these are such comfortable chairs". I almost lost a finger to the contraptions But was a fun stay even with minor inconveniences.

High expectations, but the bad outweighed to good
We missed the arrival by boat as it was pouring with rain during the taxi ride from Heho airport. The man at the entrance to Inle lake area liaised with the taxi driver to take us the whole way by car. Talk about arriving by the servants' entrance! We finally located reception. Check in was fine and we were taken to our "private pond" villa. Not very private as our villa was surrounded by other villas and you could see straight into their windows. The villa itself was large and beautifully decorated with wood. The bed was disappointing. Mattress was extremely hard and the pillows also were terribly uncomfortable. The shower was hot, but the water pressure terrible. You pay top dollar for everything. The only thing included was breakfast, but this was not very exciting. We booked a boat tour, had a massage, had cocktails on the pier and had dinner at the resort both nights of our stay. We were often treated like we didn't matter as much as other guests. For example, when we came back from our day on the lake we watched the others being greeted with a cold towel and a welcome drink, but there was nothing for us. Massage was pricey, but ok. Dinner was nothing exciting. The wifi was flakey, worked for the first day and not at all for the second. We went to see them at the front desk to discuss our departure. However, they ran late the night before to confirm departure time and then rang back an hour later when we were already asleep!

Would go back anytime!
Wonderful lake resort with good services. Resort blends in well with the nature and takes care of environmental footprint (talked with manager about recycling etc). Staff welcome you with a refreshing towel and great cup of tea. Breakfast is great but restaurant and room service menu should be more Burmese / local. Music played in restaurant was quite bad.. worn out old hits from -80-90s.. some nicer and never chill out music would make a great difference. Hotel, like all the other hotels as well, is approx. 1 hour drive from the airport but you can book a driver from hotel to pick you up and drop off to the airport with USD35 / one way. Taxi from the airport is sightly more expensive.

Disappointed
We had a garden view room, which we found a bit outdated and overpriced, food was not very nice and overpriced. Had a half day boat trip which cost more then booking with someone in the town. We were told the market was opened, but it appeared it was closed on the day we went, and it seemed it was more like a shopping tour, although visiting inle heritage house was worth a visit, helping give young people a good start, and the breeding of the Burmese cats to reintroduce them back into the country, lovely place.hiring a bike to get about cost 1 dollar for one hour and 3 dollars for half day 5 dollars all day, if you want to be somewhere with more atmosphere then I would stay in the town 9 km down road.staff were really nice but seemed unhappy.

Ottimo resort sul Lago Inle
Trattasi di un bel resort sul Lago Inle, a cui siamo giunti per mero caso (pensavamo di aver prenotato un altro resort con un nome simile). E' estremamente consigliato - soprattutto nella stagione estiva (pioggia frequente!!!) - giungerci in barca ed evitare la macchina (rischio il percorrere diverse strade fangose...i taxi si rifiutano di portarvici talvolta). Aspetti positivi: 1. ottimo ristorante (soprattutto per una pausa dalla cucina birmana) 2. buona colazione inclusa; 3. ottima posizione per girare e godere del lago; 5. personale gentile e attento (vengono ogni sera a spruzzare insetticida, hanno montato la zanzariera su richiesta etc.). Aspetti negativi: EVITARE le stanze interne e prendere solo quelle con la vista sul lago; non che le prime siano brutte, ma risultano più piccole e non godono della vista (fondamentale) dell'area circostante.

Beautiful setting, top quality resort
Inle Resort has an excellent location on the northern end of the lake opposite Nyaung Shwe. The Royal Villa with lake view was beautiful and large with all teak interior. The manager Bruno combines international standards with local customs and a delightful Burmese staff. As in much of Burma, English language skills are limited among many employees, but they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable stay. The food also was very good- important because other dining options on the lake are limited and hard to get to especially after dark. The lake resorts are accessible primarily by boat.
