笑顔と花と鳥の声に溢れるリゾート
check-in時から、深夜にも関わらず笑顔で熱心に対応していただき、期待が膨らみました。滞在時間を進めるにつれて、Hospitalityの良さとハードの良さはもちろん、人的ソフトの良さに感じ入りました。ホテルのどこにも笑顔と花と鳥の声があふれています。また、食事も美しく美味しく、ウブドとは違った意味の、大人のリゾートだと思います。また長く訪れたいホテルの一つとなりました。

快適なリゾートステイ可能
年末年始で家族で滞在しました。リゾートの中にはレストランは２軒（１件は朝食のみ）バーがいくつかありますが、隣のウェスティンやメリアに歩いて行けるのでそれなりに食事のバラエティはあります。プールもキッズ対応の浅いプールがあり、ビーチにも隣接しているので便利です。キッズクラブはなく、隣のウェスティンや近隣のセントレジスのキッズクラブが有料で使用可能です。サービスはクラス相応だと思います。

とてもいい香りのする品のあるホテルです。
ホテル内のレストラン朝食が とても美味しかったです。 レストランの従業員のサービスも良く、 笑顔で対応してくださりました。 ホテル内には、お香とお花の混じったような いい香りがしていて とても良かったです！ ただ ロビーで従業員の女性に タクシーを頼む際に 必ず、ブルーバードタクシーを呼んでくださいと頼んだのに 違うタクシーが来て 料金も高かったです。 それが、残念でした。

ロケーションは本当に素晴らしいです。プールと海、リスなどの野生の小動物も楽しませてくれました。 ホテル全体のサービスとしては、一般的なシティホテルレベルで悪くはありませんが、ホスピタリティーに溢れているとは思いません。あとは、レストランやバーのメニューがもっと充実していればなお良いと思います。

バリには五つ星ホテル滞在で三回目だがこのホテルが今までで一番良かった 先ずチェックインの時から専属の係員が痒い所に手が届くサポート 部屋も広々してインテリアや雰囲気も良くリラックスできる雰囲気 ビーチとプール両方に十分な施設がありシーズンによると思うが余裕をもって使えた 朝日も堪能できビーチで一日快適に過ごせた 空港との送迎もお願いしたが有料だがタクシーと変わらない料金で親切に対応いただいた たまたまと思うが当日インド系の結婚式があり、はた目には良かったが騒音の観点では音楽含めてディスターブされた マリオット系になったので機会は増えるかも？ 他は朝食は言うことなく昼食もビーチサイドで食べたが値段と雰囲気で及第点でした 西洋式に何もせずゆっくりゆったりとレジャータイムを楽しむには良いホテルです は否めなかった

日本人が少ないのが良かった！ ファミリー向けとカップル向けを両立できている気がする。 ただ、天井の割れや冷蔵庫の故障、洗面スペースのコンセント不調、室内履きがなかったことなど細やかなところで改善の余地がありました！！ ただ、ホテルの方のホスピタリティの高さには脱帽しました。最高の滞在でした！

Beautiful resort hotel
Resort was amazing. Kid friendly. Beach part of the resort. Couldn’t ask for better services. Only negative is the drinks and food are very pricy for Indonesia. If you aren’t on a package use GRAB, go just outside the complex for food etc.

ビーチが目の前で、プールが７つあるラグジュアリーなホテル
チェックインの際にソファーに掛けたままの応対から始まり、ラグジュアリーな気分に浸れます。 部屋はガーデンビュー側でしたが、手入れの行き届いた庭や小さなプールもあり眺めは良かったです。部屋の広さは、キングサイズのベッド、カウチ、机等が配置されておりますが十分余裕があり、ベッドも寝相の悪い6歳児を含め３人で利用しても快適に眠ることが出来ました。 目の前のプライベートビーチは砂浜もキレイで売り込み等の姿もなく静かで快適に過ごせそうでした。 私達はプールの方の人口ビーチ的な所のガゼボ(屋根と大きなベッドがある小屋)を借りて(１日2000円程度、半日で1000円程度)そちらでのんびり過ごしました。 ガゼボを借りるとフルーツとミネラルウォーターを持ってきて下さいますが、ミニバナナ以外はあまり熟してなく、近くに寄ってくるリスにあげて楽しんでいました。 ヌサドゥアでのんびり過ごすのにはガゼボはお薦めです。 近くのバリコレまでは歩いて５分程度です。 日が沈んで涼しくなった頃散歩がてらそちらに出掛けてショッピングや食事を楽しみました。 ホテルまでの帰り、疲れてしまいタクシーに値段を聞いてみましたが最初50000ルピアと言われ、交渉した結果40000ルピアになりました。 三年前はお隣のウェスティンまで30000ルピアだったので少し値上がっていました。 40000以上交渉すると「すぐそこだから歩いて帰れ」と言われます(笑) のんびり過ごすには最高のホテルです。

まず、ロビーが広々として気持ちがよくて良いリゾートホテルを選べたことを喜びました。次に客室の不具合がありましたが、すぐに対応して頂き満足しました。そして白い砂浜のビーチでビーチベッドに横たわりお昼寝。こんなにリラックスして過ごせるなんて生まれて初めての経験でした。さらに言うと高級なのにお値段がほどほど。もう一度、行きたいと夫共々、思っております。

プール 大きすぎる！宿泊者たくさんいても、自由自在に泳げる。 庭 植物などとっても綺麗！どこで写真撮っても絵になる。 日の出 6:15ぐらいに日の出のタイミング、サンライズは素敵だった！

ホテルの庭とプールが素敵
ホテルの庭には鳥やリスがいてそばで見ることができます。朝早くに鳥の鳴き声が聞こえたり、バルコニーにも鳥が来てくれます。 プールは何か所もあり海へもホテルからそのまま出られます。 ビーチサイドにあるレストランではシーフーを焼いたものを屋外で出してくれます。 ただし、焼き立てではなくあらかじめ焼いてあったものを二度焼きしたものですので、少し残念な感じです。

Clean, friendly, good service
They have multiple flex sercives such as renting out battely chaegers, late check out. Althouth the facilities are not one of the most fancy ones but the rooms are clean, good enough to have confortable stay. Also, I am very pleased with their nice and friendly services.

チェックインからのアテンドがしっかりしており、滞在中のサービスは大変によかった。 ホテル内のレストランは二軒で、ホテルの外に出るには、タクシー利用になるのはちょっと不便。

コンシェルジェに良いレストランとかスパを相談しても あまり提案してくれず ホテルに併設されている施設をしつこくすすめてくるのが残念。 その他のサービスはとても良い。リラックスできる。

ヌサドゥアでホテルに篭もるにはコスパが良いホテル
・サービス 全客室にバトラーがいます。ホテルの従業員も親切です。ルームクリーニングは各作業で担当が決まっているようで、入ってくる人が多少多め（掃除担当、タオル交換担当など） ・食事 レストランの食事はどれも美味しいです。朝食のビュッフェのインドネシア料理はちょっとピリ辛でバリ島の暑さにぴったり。バーではハッピーアワーを１日2回提供していました。 ・部屋 キングサイズのベッドの部屋に泊まりました。十分な広さでとても快適でした。部屋によっては目の前がプールの部屋もあります。

時間を忘れてゆっくりできる素晴らしいホテル
最初は、「多言語対応あり」とあったのに中国語・日本語が通じなくて心配でしたが、英語でわかりやすく説明してくれたので、何も心配はいりませんでした。出発の少し前に、テロ事件があり、それも心配でしたが、他のホテルと比べ、警備がしっかりしているので安心でした。また、ホテルのスタッフは、みんな笑顔で優しく、丁寧に接してくれました。料理も美味しく、日本のホテルと比べたら安く、量も多いので驚きました。ホテル内のどこにいてもゆっくりできて、まるで時間の流れが遅いようでした。今回は、バカンスではありませんでしたが、いつか必ずバカンスで行きたいです。 一つだけ残念だった点は、シャワーです。水はけが悪い上、段差がほとんどないので、油断すると洗面所が水浸しになります。時々シャワーを止めて、床を確認する必要がありました。 シャワーのことを除けば、言うことはありません。とても素晴らしい滞在でした。本当にありがとうございます。

長期滞在
３回目の滞在です。相変わらず食事はおいしいですが、残念ながらビーチサイドのレストランが朝クローズでした。お客が少ないせいでしょう。バリ島には３５回目、最近は一年間のうち１か月ほど滞在しています。長期の滞在に適した価格を出してくれるとうれしいです。今回は２９日間滞在のうち１０日間滞在しました。

最高に落ち着くホテル
景観が最高で、バリの雰囲気も感じられる非常に落ち着いた雰囲気。注文を付けるとしたら、毎日の朝食にもう少し変化を持たせて欲しい所だけでした。 ちなみに、隣りのウェスティンにも行きましたが、中国の方ばかりで非常に騒がしい印象でした。また、都会的な雰囲気なので、バリ的な雰囲気を感じたい方でしたら、ラグーナをオススメします。

空港からすぐのところ。静かなNusa Dua地域にゆったりできるホテルです。ビーチ眺めるレストランがずらりと並んでいて雰囲気が最高でした。 ルームサービスか建物内のレストランを中心に食事をしました。どれも美味しかったですね。 バリ島全体ですが、移動するにはタクシーかレンタル車しかないですが、ホテルからすぐタクシー呼べたので助かりました。

理想の南国リゾートを満喫出来ました。
チェックイン時のロビーの素晴らしさ、対応の丁寧さにとても驚きましたが、一気にリゾートムードが高まりました。 また、庭園やラグーンプール、そして、ビーチまでは素晴らしく南国パラダイスリゾート気分を全開にしてもらえました。 プールスタッフは、実際、3回も私達のビーチベッドの変更を快く応じてくれて、プールサイドに置かれた卓球台を、子供が気に入って楽しんでました。朝食のブッフェレストランも美味しくて清潔感があり、全体的にお洒落で快適だったので、また遊びにきたいです！
