Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, der Badezimmer war gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es gab leider keinen kleinen Kühlschrank für Wasser, wie man es sonst in Hotels dieser Kategorie kennt. Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und der Schallschutz ist wirklich top. Frühstück war okay, nur die Parkplätze sind etwas knapp.

Preis-/ Leistung absolut Ok, aber dennoch sollte man das Frühstücksbuffet etwas verbessern, geschmacklich waren manche Speisen nicht sehr gut, vor allem die Eierspeise war sehr wässrig!

Big room, friendly reception, well situated. Carpets were a bit dirty and got woken up early because of the loudest truck known to man outside.

The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom, and there were some stains on the walls. It was also much smaller than it looked in the pictures. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family with a child, as it feels too tight, but it might be fine for a couple.

Das kann ich nicht bekalgen! Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Bett ist super bequem, dass ich jeden Tag mit vollen Energien einen neuen Tag beginnen. + und Top Lage! Du kannst mit drei U Bahn Linien fahren - oder zu Fuß zur Innenstadt reisen. Das werde ich gerne in diesem Hotel in Nürnberg besuchen.

Es ist immer wieder spannend ein neues Hotel zu testen. Als Vielreisende sehen wir dabei ständig neues, aber ein Hotel, dass in einem "Superior Doppelzimmer" wirklich nur das Sat-Fernsehen anbietet, keinerlei Streaming-Anbieter oder Konnektivität (Bildschirm Spiegeln o. ä.) hatten wir lange nicht mehr. Dabei sah es so modern aus, und versprach auf der Hotel-Webseite etwas anderes, und plötzlich war es nicht mehr "Premier" sondern "Mediocre" Inn. Selbst im billigsten Motel im letzten USA-Urlaub, mit Kakerlaken und defekter Klimaanlage, die Möglichkeit Abends die eigenen Serien zu schauen, gab es immer. Sonst passte alles soweit. Der Check-In war schnell und problemlos erledigt, das Zimmer ausreichend sauber. Parkplätze sind nur vorhanden, wenn man viel Glück hat (für 15€ die Nacht), in der Umgebung parken ist fast unmöglich außer andere Parkhäuser zu nutzen. Zu Fuß erreicht man gut die Innenstadt, auch der ÖPNV ist nicht weit entfernt. Glücklicherweise hatten wir Zimmer mit Blick auf die Altstadt, davon gibt es aber nur sehr wenige (kurze Gebäudefront).

Room 128. Bathroom sink is slow to drain off, and it's leaking onto the floor. The waste bin in the bathroom has a lid which is opened by stepping on the foot lever. Unfortunately the foot lever is broken. I haven't yet tried the shower so I can't comment on it. Brought it to the hotel's attention. Was told nothing could be done until Housekeeping was in to start working and to assess the leak to see if it can be fixed. Can't change room until they know that it cannot be fixed. it took housekeeping 3 hrs to come and clear the blockage in the sink with a toilet plunger and seal the leak, which took only 15 mins to fix. She said the waste bins are all broken like this. Then waited for another 4 hrs for housekeeping to come and clean the bathroom sink and floor. Tried the shower. It's perfect. Excellent water pressure and consistent water temperature. The mattress is too well used it is very soft and sinks. The pillows are either too soft or too firm. Great breakfast buffet.

We loved our couple of nights here. So conveniently situated for the main train station. It took us under 10 minutes to walk from the train with our cases. It's a flat walk too. The hotel seemed really new. The rooms were excellent. We took breakfast which was just like the ones at prem inns in UK. The room had a good fridge and coffee making facility. One can walk easily into the old town and the walk is very pleasant. My daughter went for a lovely run along the river, in the morning. There are lots of options for food within a few minutes. We will stay here again in future. Excellent public transport is offered as it's so close to the main station. And the tour of the nuclear bunker under the main station is an interesting experience that I'd recommend! The only criticism I'd make is that the staff weren't exactly friendly. They were typically businesslike and abrupt. But, having visited Germany very many times, sadly, I've become used to this.

From booking into the hotel until leaving the facility i was very impressed with the staff and the property itself. The hotel is only 3 years old. The room has a large bathroom with a lovely shower, the room was exceptionally quiet and of course this enable a good nights sleep whilst being situated in the heart of a busy city.
