LOVED this hotel. In our 2 week trek around Germany it was our favorite! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great. Location was within an easy walk from the train station and Christmas Markets. It was the perfect place!

A great business hotel near the main train station. The rooms is good size. The breakfast is good too. However the bed and pillows are not very good quality. The parking is also 16 euro per night. Overal is fine for one or tw nights stay. It is close to old town.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Housekeeping staff was below standard. Took over 2 hours to get toilet paper, then had to fetch myself. No tissue in room first day. When towels were replaced, they only gave one towel and washcloth, when there were obviously 2 of us. The free breakfast was not good, cold eggs, undercooked bacon, watered down orange juice. Not up to Hampton by Hilton standards.

Before I even get to the review, I would like to express our gratitude to the front desk manager Julian who went way above and beyond his duties to help with a situation regarding lost luggage. He was extremely courteous, helpful, professional and just plain kind to us. Other hotel managers can learn from him. As for the hotel, it’s located outside the city walls but a fairly short walk to the old town. However, it’s very close to the main train station so it’s very easy to get to and from the airport or if you’re planning on doing day trips from here by rail travel. The rooms themselves are on the smaller side and the bed was too hard for me but they’re clean and quite quiet seeing as one side of the property faces a main road and the other faces a train yard. There is a gym in the building and they offer a complimentary breakfast. It is expensive for what it is but, every hotel in Nuremberg is too so there’s no way around it. Would I say here again? Sure. Location was convenient and the staff were just amazing. Again, Julian, if you’re reading this review: Thank you for helping us deal with our lost luggage.

Das Hotel ist genau das was man am Bahnhof erwarten kann. Gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln & auch die Nürnberger Innenstadt ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist die Lautstärke in dem Zimmer gut. Für ein Städte Trip würden wir hier jederzeit wieder einkehren.
