受付ロビーにアメニティグッズがバイキング形式で置いてあり良かったです。 ただ、エレベーター内にマスクが必要な方はロビーにお申し付けくださいと書いてあるのにロビーで頂こうとしたら、ありませんと言われてしまいました。

食事は期待できず。ビジネスホテルなので付いてるだけマシだと思いましょう。 部屋はかなり狭く、Wifiも遅かったり不安定だったりするので部屋で仕事をするのはそれなりの覚悟が必要。 ビジネスホテルとしては悪くはないです。普通。

Das mit Abstand schlechteste Zimmer dieser Reise.

Das"Grand"Hotel bietet Räume für zwei Personen an, die so klein sind, dass sie zumindest nach europäischem Standard nicht dafür geeignet sind. Schon wenn man nur einen Koffer hat - und zwei Personen haben üblicherweise zwei davon - muss man diese tagsüber auf dem Bett deponieren und zur Nacht aufrecht an der Wand aufstellen. Das Fenster unserer Kammer war über eine Mittelachse drehbar und so um etwa 20 cm zu öffnen. Da der Blick durch eine Wand im Abstand von einem Meter begrenzt wurde, hatte man noch nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, sich über die Wettersituation zu informieren. Die Fahrstuhltür schloss unvermittelt und stellte mit ihrer Schließkraft und den harten Kannten ein ernstes Verletzungsrisiko dar. Das Frühstück war ganz passabel.

Great place to stay if you're in Numazu. The price is very reasonable, close to the train station, family marts,lawson and you can basically walk to Numazu port if you got around 20mins to spare to enjoy the town surrounding stores and manhole and stamp hunting along the way. Staff was very helpful and polite. They even volunteered to send my luggage up to my room when i can't check in early so i can go and walk around. Free breakfast was wonderful since i liked curry rice more than just traditional white rice. They also changed some of their menu daily. Also got free laundry service so you can basically save a lot of time bringing dirty clothes back to wash. Room was small but if you're just planning to go out the whole day and just return back for a shower and a good night's sleep then you won't be really bothered by the space.

お客様対応について

部屋は気にする程悪い所はなく、満足でした。駐車場も近くに割安で利用出来、朝食も美味しく頂けました。一つ気になったのがフロントの対応でした。まず間違いなく部屋に忘れ物をし、数日後に電話をしました。忘れ物があれば届けられる事になっていますが、ありませんでしたとの応答。決まりは、そうかも知れませんが、見過ごしも有り得ますし、「分かりました掃除を担当した者に再度確認をしてみます」位のお返事を頂きたかったと思いました。忘れ物をしたのは自分のミスですが、決まりを盾に問合せをシャットアウトするのは如何なものかと思います。私もお客様対応をしていた関係で、不満を感じました。

無料朝食と日中のコーヒー

朝食無料は有りがたいです。特にパンが美味しかったです。連泊でしたがメニューが変わっていて楽しめました。また日中は無料でコーヒーを楽しめて待ち時間を過ごすのに丁度良かったです。
