Summary:
Great Two bedroom ground floor unit is brand new, and set in the best part of Nuevo Vallarta. Large kitchen with island and modern appliances. Comfortable living room with windows on two sides. Comfortable patio furnishings, and all right next to the large outdoor swimming pool. There is a washer and dryer, and underground parking as well.

The property is set between the beach, and the canal with boat docks. Nearby are a variety of excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, beach access and a well regarded golf course. Famous Puerto Vallarta is a short drive away.

The Space:
Set at the heart of Nuevo Vallarta, wrapped in lush tropical greenery, Quinta San Miguel offers exceptional luxury. The development is located between the beach on Banderas Bay, and the canal with its own boat dock access. Two of three Towers are complete. There is a long central swimming pool just outside of this first floor end unit. Also, you will enjoy the large shade palapa. Under ground parking is also included, along with around the clock security.

This two bedroom apartment is full of luxurious details. Being an end unit, floor to ceiling windows encase two sides of the main, Mexican Contemporary style living room.

Two bedrooms, one featuring a King bed, the other a Queen. Both have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open double wide to bring in the lovely outdoors. The main bedroom has sliding glass on two sides! Both bathrooms have vanities, and glass enclosed shower stalls.

The kitchen is nicely modern, with wood accents. All new appliances, and a kitchen island with stove top. Enjoy high backed stools at the counter top.

The living room is comfortable and spacious. The elegant white sofa echos the white chairs of the glass dining table for eight. A large wall mounted TV completes the space.

A separate washer and dryer in the utility room.

Step out onto the patio, and enjoy multiple seating options. Outside the main living room is a cafe table for two, and a nice upholstered love seat. The bedroom patio area has comfortable chairs with ottomans, along with fun hanging swing chairs.

Enjoy this splendid unit central to Nuevo Vallarta. Enjoy the wild nature of Banderas Bay, along with an incredible mount of fine restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment options.
