「Pictures of house matched the property. Was not made aware that someone would be staying on the property (not property owner or manager) until arrival. No keys given/no keyless entry and all doors did not lock. Ground level windows were found opened on arrival. We were told that off duty police officers were hired to watch the property but never saw them. Place was generally unclean and had many flies and bugs. 」

「Two families teamed up at Eric’s house and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Bedrooms are comfy, two of which are huge. The common living spaces and laid out nicely and well equipped. Best of all, the pool (which we opted to heat) was tons of fun for the kids. As was the tennis court / bball hoops area. Plenty of towels!Close to beach, close to town. Great spot that also feels secluded in the woods. 」

「The house is advertised as having a “Pool with tennis and hot tub,” but not one of those facilities were available during our visit. Granted, the fine print states that the pool and tub are for the summer only (like who needs a hot tub in the summer?), but we specifically inquired about the tennis in advance and were told it was ready. Imagine the disappointment of my tennis-loving family when we discovered that the court was unplayable! The surface resembled a sand pit and was not at all...
