「I have had a lovely stay at Bay and Basin Hotel. The room was cosy and warm with facilities to heat a meal or make a cup of tea or coffee. At night, after a lovely hot shower, I snuggled into bed and watched the large screen tv and it was so quiet outside. I felt very secure but close to everything. Thanks for the lovely break Bay and Basin Hotel 😊I’ll be back.」

「Location is good, across the road from the river and short drive to ocean beaches. Units have been refreshed by the addition of some newer furniture, but the units need major updates to very old and poorly maintained facilities. We had the two bedroon unit at the front of the property which had heaps of space. Only had one air conditioner in one bedroome, with no air in living, kitchen or other bedroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom, and couldn't open the window. In contrast, you couldn't lock the...

「We had an excellent time in Jervis Bay and the accommodation was perfect for our needs. The unit was lovely and clean, very comfortable with all the little extras that make travelling away form a home that much easier. A lot of thought has gone into the little things including the lovely bottle of wine and other treats. Communication was easy and Tony was very responsive. The check in and leaving process was a breeze. Highly recommended.」
