Villa Novalis with Pool II is located 1 km from the Babe beach and 7 km from the famous Zrce beach. Novalja town is 3,5 km away, so we recommend having a car.
The property is spacious and has a child-friendly manicured garden, full of autochthonous herbs and flowers. A highlight of the estate is a large outdoor swimming pool. A wooden sundeck is equipped with an outdoor shower and cozy beach chairs is a place where you can unwind in the sun. Outdoor sitting furniture in front of the villa will be great for a family gathering.
The ground floor of the villa has a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a flat-screen TV. One bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed are also on the ground floor. This bedroom has an exit to the terrace with a pool.
The stairs lead to the upper floor, where the dormitory with 3 bedrooms is. Each bedroom on the first floor has a terrace. From here you can enjoy the mesmerizing views of the sea and the nearby beach.
