Nothing was too much trouble. We had to ask for a few things but she sorted straight away. A leaf blower would have been a good idea as the patios were very untidy with leaves and debris. "

"Le gite est tres bien situé dans le village. Près de la boulangerie pour acheter les croissants du matin. A côté de la salle d'exposition où nous avons été très bien accueilli. "

"Beautiful area and a cute little property with a very friendly welcome. Plenty space to park and a wee garden to sit in of an evening. Upstairs bedroom is interesting to get into and not for the older generation but full of character and great value for what we needed."

"On a scale of 1-10, La Pavie gets a 12. The house and grounds were fabulous and in a great location. We used it as base to visit a lot (a whole lot) of Chateaux. Our host was wonderful. She was quick to respond and to help when we needed it. She made our visit pleasant and most memorable. La Pavie is definitely the place to stay when in the Loire!"

"Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. Great facilities (tennis, pool, sauna, jacuzzi), outdoor dining, barbecue, next to a river, lovely owners, close to a town that has good food outlets. Il faut dire que les 2 chambres de l'étage sont accessibles chacune par l'extérieur, il est donc préférable d'avoir ses sanitaires à côté... La literie est bonne, les 2 chambres du bas sont un peu vieillottes. L'équipement est correct dans l'ensemble. Pas de micro ondes.Le jardin/parc est magnifique, avec possibilité de manger en terrasse.Le propriétaire est sympathique et réactif."

"Le gîte semble prometteur. Certes il est refait à neuf mais la propreté laisse à désirer Tapis sale. Plaids sur le canapé pas lavés Filtre du lave vaisselle indescriptible. Four plein de miettes. … et cerise sur le gâteau nous avons payé 120€ pour le ménage que les hôtes nous reprochent de ne pas avoir fait Louons souvent avec Abritel et cela n’est jamais arrivé."

"Excellent service. The room was clean and in very good condition, but very cramped and impossible to access both sides of the bed. The bathroom was equally small, but was very clean and the shower was excellent. There was plenty of secure parking and the breakfast was good."

"The property is in the middle of retail/industrial estate so it looks very strange. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the room was very small with no drawers to put anything. The air conditioning was not very effective and if you had the window open it was often quite noisy. Our room overlooked the car park so you couldn’t open the curtain because you could quite clearly be seen as there were no blinds. The lighting in the room was quite poor with the best light in the bathroom. The plug in our was basin broke and despite several requests for it to be fixed it wasn’t. Having said all that the hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. "
