Amazing hotel, in an excellent location, walkable to many local highlights. The residential rooms were fantastically equipped with a washing machine/dryer and a trouser press which was very convenient. Very good layout to the room. Staff were sadly not able to help us make dining reservations though, which was a bit of a disappointment (most other hotels in Japan have been more than happy to assist).

I highly recommend their breakfast. It was a harmonious experience with local food and ambience using all of our five senses. Beautiful place, friendly staff and relaxing hot springs!!! ❤️
