"We absolutely enjoyed our stay - we made the last-minute decision to get a club level room and felt the upgrade was completely worth it and would do it again. If it’s your first time visiting Auburn, it has an excellent location and is walkable to downtown and all of campus. Breakfast was delicious and worth the cost of the upgrade alone."

"A very clean and safe place to stay. My only complaint was the parking lot exit/entrance which could only be accessed by or granted access in one direction, requiring me to make u-turns each day no matter which direction I went or returned from, but this isn’t something the hotel has control over, just a note about the general accessibility of the area. The hotel was perfect for my needs. Stayed four nights to attend training at Auburn University and the hotel was comfortable and the provided amenities worked great. No issues checking in or out."

"The room was nice and clean. Typical hotel room really. I did notice that it was pretty big for a standard hotel room which gave me a lot of room. That was appreciated. Unfortunately, my air quit working the first night. I told front desk and they had someone there fixing it within 20 minutes. I didn't have issues at all after that. The breakfast was awesome. Always hot and stocked well. (The grits were my favorite!!) The only thing that I think I could complain about is that it's not super well noise insulated. I heard every time the person above me walked around. Nothing the staff can really do about that, but I think it's just building design. Added comment: a place to get water would be nice (like a water bottle filling station)."

"Really enjoyable stay. Location was perfect for our needs, Ms. Vickey & Ms. Teresa were delightful and most helpful. Highlight for me was the automatic pancake (not waffle) maker at breakfast! I've never seen one before. Rooms have been renovated. New flooring is very attractive and beds are especially comfortable. Overall, the positives outweigh any negatives."
