Room size, layout and bed were amazing, Bathroom very small.
Staff were awful. Very rude and unhelpful. We arrived at 6pm and saw that the restaurant was open until 9. When we got there at 8 we were then told there was no food because the restaurant was not open. There was no prior warning of this when we checked in, no one even bothered to mention the restaurant would be closed on a Friday evening (despite the hotel's own website boasting about its restaurant).
We were then offered a room service menu (totally different to that of the restaurant) - which was basically a list of microwave meals, priced at 25 euros per meal.
Very bad communication, no explanation and no apologies for this massive inconvenience. Compounded by the fact hotel is very far from anything, sitting on an industrial estate miles from anywhere.
